The Left is always pissed at corporations receiving tax incentives yet they have no problem with $100s of millions of dollars annually going to private colleges?

They’re doing research that we deem important to the country.

Nothing is free, including Research. While I believe Research is critical to our economy, welfare, and national security, I also believe that any entity that takes the taxpayer dollar directly, is in no position to be taking positions on political and social issues; including, being intolerant of ethnic, religious, and political groups. I also believe there needs to be more transparency and accountability ability as to how the taxpayer dollars are being spent within the mission.

The Ivy Leagues have violated everything I just stated on behalf of the taxpayer. If they want $100s of millions annually from the taxpayer, they need to be more accountable, more tolerant, and more politically neutral.

97% of the teachers, administration are Progressive Socialist Communists. I know Harvard is a prestigious school. Still has the same luster for the elites although not as shiny. If you want everyone on the government payroll, government retirement. government social security and benefits for all, tell us how that is going to happen with nirvana and happiness. We have had theories in the most violent century with genocides and culling of populations in human history pushing that type of governing. It will be different here will be your response. Public school education is massive with the government involved. We spend near two trillion dollars a year combined with Medicare and Medicaid. And a good chunk of the population is not in it. Just two agendas government is in. You must know how to keep the prices lower. For we have had none of that up to now.

The Trump administration's Joint Task Force to Combat Antisemitism announced it is freezing over $2 billion in multi-year grants and contracts to Harvard University in Massachusetts, after the school’s president released a statement saying the school would not comply with the administration’s demands regarding antisemitism.
