This situation is just like what Democrats are doing using activist judges trying to stop everything the President does. Over 100 orders now.
All this is going to do is force congress to reduce judicial power. And that is a bad thing - but the cause is Democrats, not what republicans are forced to do in reaction.

The Supreme Court (which isnt Democrat activists) forced Trump to bring Garcia back.as his rights had been violated.
