I am complaining about those who refuse to state their beliefs and then justify them. People have "access" to healthcare if they are poor and if it is deemed medically necessary. Saying that it should be free for all is no different from saying they should also get free food, free housing, free clothes, a free car. It is socialism.

People tout "free" health care in Europe, and it is not free at all. There is a VAT and numerous other taxes that people pay for free health care. I would be OK with dropping the tax rate on average Americans by 10% and then charging a VAT on everything like clothing, cars, toys, video games.
