Individual cannot have a right that infringes upon or diminishes the rights of others. (So much for 'abortion rights.')

• To be clear, ‘benefits’ such as education, shelter, or a job require resources from somewhere else, and therefore, cannot be given or protected without restricting another’s right to the property of his hands or mind.
• 
  For Americans, rights precede government. Government’s purpose is to protect those rights.

In world war 2 my mother - a young girl in this time of history - said "hello" or something like this when she entered a store and the saleswoman there said in militaristic speech to her: "What is the name of our greeting !?". She answered provoking: "Grüß Gott" instead of the Nazi war parole "Sieg Heil" - and started to run like crazy. It had been indeed damn dangerous to behave like a traditional German under the Nazis. With traditions had the Nazis nothing to do.
