funny thing....i work at an architectural office (biggest egos on the planet) and am responsible for about 50 or so architects....more than half are women....almost none would be considered hot they are paid better or equal to their conterparts you know why?

no ego ..... no attitude ..... no bulllshit .... just get it done and get it done right with out blame .... excusses or attitude
