According to Roll Call , the House Speaker said at a fundraiser in West Virginia last month that "the American people probably aren’t going to fall in love with Mitt Romney."

Roll Call reports that at the June 30 event, a female attendee asked Boehner, "Can you make me love Mitt Romney?" He responded, "No."

Even then, just the fact that Obama is black will keep them voting Republican no matter how it ruins their lives. Boehner had enough control over his own party to get them to unanimously oppose the Affordable Care Act. More power than Nancykins. at least. He's probably right about Mitt, but after four years of the Superstar-in-Chief, maybe that's the kind of person we need. Obama had all the approval in the world going into office, which is why he hasn't felt the need to prove himself.

I rather like the man considering his tenure as governor in Massachusetts with that liberal legislature was a nightmare. They only used him to get themselves out of bankruptcy court, then overode 717 spending bills that Romney vetoed of his 844 vetoes while Massachusetts governor. I think what he did had courage and true grit.

This puerile notion that one must fawn over a leader is immaturity at its lowest level when suggested by an adult. Just sayin'.
