American High speed rail netowrk, is the right move.

A United States high speed rail network would be the right public works project to invest
in now.

When we look at Europe, we see the beginings of a European network of high speed rail.
The Europeans have already begun their high speed rail network. Although not yet compleated, they have at least built the foundations of a high speed rail network that will
eventually link all the major cites in Europe.

We as Americans must realize that we can not always depend on air travel.
We saw recently the many airline cancellations during the recent snowstorm.
A high speed rail network linking the major U.S. cities is the logical response , to take some of the load off an overburden airline system.

Also building a high speed rail netowrk will put many unemployed Americans back to work.

Heavy snow is going to block rail traffic as bad if not worse than air travel.
I don't know how to build a rail road.
