American Fascism

New Democrat bumper-sticker: "Speak Up And Be Put Down!"
Where have we seen this in recent history?
You know where.

7. " ...the raids here were in some ways worse even than the abusive raids we so often see in the drug war and other criminal investigations.

Here, the [Democrat/Liberal] DA was often investigating “crimes” that weren’t crimes at all but rather constitutionally protected issue advocacy.

Even when the DA was ostensibly investigating actual potential criminal misconduct, his targets were chosen not so much on the basis of actual evidence but rather proximity to the hated Scott Walker.

Also, few (if any) victims of unjust police raids are slapped with secrecy orders that prevent them from not only defending themselves publicly but also from sharing the burden of the experience with friends and family." It is not the methods of fascism that Democrats deny....it is only the name.

" Fascism did not acquire an evil name in Washington until Hitler became a menace to·the Soviet Union."
Manly, "The Twenty Year Revolution," p. 48
Why yes, the religious right would have public trails and sentencing for those blasphemers if they had their whey...Might even put slogans about Gawd on our money...

This is the typical post of an apologist for Democrat's espousing fascism

a. You were afraid to comment on the OP....I'll call that an endorsement of Chisholm.

b. you engage in the default of every Liberal/Progressive/Democrat...and, as shown in the thread....fascist.
This bald-faced lie: 'the religious right would have public trails and sentencing for those blasphemers if they had their whey..."

You have truly become a bottom-feeder.
You support anything bad that you have never endorsed, nah-nah..

Bibles in Hotel rooms are not covered under Public Accommodation laws. I saw some people praying before they ate in the malls food court, does that count? Membership on Facebook is not covered under PA laws either. PA laws that protect LGBT community are valid in the States that passed those laws. There is no federal PA laws that specifies them as a protected class.

If so, you must be sitting in an Ojibwe sweat lodge, on peyote.

The fact that you can't wrap your tiny head around the differences (apples and oranges) in you false analogy cartoon... is very telling.

And the Facebook one.... "for no reason"...??? If you can't smell the butthurt bullshit coming off that one.... Nigga' please.
Let's look at some analogies.
1. Abortion clinics. Ok to bomb them? Shouldn't we tell them to stop these provocative actions because they only inflame the anti abortion fanatics?
2. Gay activism. Why were the couple who tried to force a baker to cater their event not chastised for obviously doing it just to inflame?
3. Rape. Why allow women to dress 'provocatively' when they know they are just 'asking for it'? Shouldn't the govt force women to dress appropriately, so other people are not offended?
4. Disallow christmas expressions, but force acceptance of muslim religious rituals.

But the core of the issue is moving from the rule of LAW, to that of imperial mandate. Wrap your tiny head around that. :D

Seems like Wisconsin lawmakers could just change the law that allows that crap.

I see you have proven to be a train hopping pigeon hole poster also...Since the GOP is all angel wings and halo's, it has to be, I have never seen a thread dismantling the corruption that occurs in the GOP, by a GOP member...Which can only mean one thing...Myopic ideologues..

And yet you do not provide examples of GOP corruption to back up your claims. I have no doubt there is some level of corruption within the GOP its run by RINO's. But the left on this forum constantly tries to deflect from and excuse actual examples of the left's corruption by claiming the GOP is corrupt too without ever providing any examples, why?

Seems like Wisconsin lawmakers could just change the law that allows that crap.

Good to see that you didn't try to defend said behavior.

That's the obvious solution to excesses of power. If you don't like the power exercised, then take the necessary measures to constrain ALL from using said power. Don't just complain when one party uses it.

Same goes for presidents, obviously.

Then stop putting Democrat fascists in office.

10. "Ron Paul's nonprofit Campaign for Liberty will fight the Internal Revenue Service's demand that it reveal its donor list to the agency, despite having already been fined for refusing to do so.

"There is no legitimate reason for theIRSto know who donates to Campaign for Liberty," Megan Stiles, the communications director at Campaign for Liberty, told theWashington Examinerin an email on Tuesday. "We believe theFirst Amendmentis on our side as evidenced by cases such as NAACP v. Alabama and International Union UAW v. National Right to Work.

Many 501(c)(4) organizations protect the privacy of their donors in the very same way as Campaign for Liberty. For some reason the IRS has now chosen to single out Campaign for Liberty for special attention. We plan to fight this all the way."

"Paying this outrageous extortionist fine — just to exercise our rights as American citizens to petition our government — may even be cheaper in the short run," he wrote. "But it’ll just embolden an alphabet soup of other federal agencies to come after us." Paul's email said that the rule requiring that 501(c)(4)s list their donors is "rarely enforced."

Stiles accused the IRS of trying to silence her organization. "The IRS technically requires donor information from 501(c)(4) organizations and is forbidden by law from releasing it to the public, yet despite this they have 'mistakenly' released the information repeatedly over the years," she wrote. "Often these leaks have been made to political opponents of the conservative groups whose information was leaked. Leaking the donor information is intended to harass and to intimidate those donors from donating to political causes." Ron Paul group to defy IRS WashingtonExaminer.com

That cannot solve the problem, as we saw during the Bush years, conservatives have no problem whatsoever with the fascists that they identify with. If we do not restrain all parties equally, the problem will not go away.

When ever I indict, I proved links, quotes, and documentation to back up what I post.

I notice you haven't.

1. To gauge how deeply corrupt Democrats/Liberals are- and this test applies, as well, to their supporters on this board- notice how often that their particular political view aims not to debate an argument in the marketplace of ideas, ..

....by way of free speech.....

....but how often their aim is to silence opposing voices.

How often have we seen a Democrat/Liberal resort to this abbreviation of vulgarity: "STFU"?

And a prime example of Democrat/Liberal variety of American Fascism:

2. The Milwaukee Democrat District Attorney, John Chisholm, is simply one example of Democrat version of American Fascism. His response to opposing political views is to criminalize them, to threaten that critics could be prosecuted, and the use of armed, pre-dawned raids against conservative targets via his extraordinarily expansive “John Doe” investigations.

3. Wisconsin governor Scott Walker commented on Milwaukee District Attorney John Chisholm:

“I said even if you’re a liberal Democrat, you should look at (the raids) and be frightened to think that if the government can do that against people of one political persuasion, they can do it against anybody, and more often than not we need protection against the government itself,” Walker told the radio station.

“As [National Review] pointed out, there were real questions about the constitutionality of much of what they did, but it was really about people trying to intimidate people…” Walker said. “They were looking for just about anything. .... it was largely a political witch hunt.”

4. [Democrat District Attorney John Chisholm's] conduct included officers swarming into homes, taunting, yelling, denying access to lawyers, barging into sleeping kids’ rooms, threatening to batter down doors, and then demanding silence from the victims.

5. .... Walker’s comment was apparently too much for Chisholm, who broke his own (official) silence about the John Doe investigations with this remarkable statement:

“As to defamatory remarks, I strongly suspect the Iowa criminal code, like Wisconsin’s, has provisions for intentionally making false statements intended to harm the reputation of others,” Chisholm said in a statement Saturday responding to Walker’s comments."

a. [It was Chisholm who] launched years-long secret investigations and then placed gag orders — on pain of criminal punishment

6. The excesses of the John Doe investigations raise concerns that Wisconsin prosecutors are trying to criminalize political speech, and in response the lead prosecutor . . . threatens to criminalize political speech."

It's time Democrats donned the official uniform: brown shirts.

STFU.

It's just noise coming out of your pie-hole.

Noise, baby, noise.

I couldn't have asked for a better endorsement of the truth of the OP.

from the moron-ette that assured everyone Keystone was on the way and there was nothing anyone could do about it.

hows that working out ?

:lmao:

Well, well, well.....

I exposed Siesta in either a gross error, or a bald-faced lie.....

....and he ran off and hid.

Must be a Liberal.

1. No.

2. If I'm not mistaken the couple got the cake from some other bakery. Then file a complaint with appropriate State agency who then took action against the bakery who violated the law.

3. No blaming the victim.

4. Ah the war on Christmas hoax, never mind.

There is no imperial mandate.

Everyone knows that the Democrats practice this variety of fascism.

Everyone.

You may claim it is simply politics...but it is wrong, and standing up and denouncing it...along with withholding one's support from the party doing so, is a Litmus Test for rectitude.

Here, from the Liberal WaPo:

11. "IRS targeted groups critical of government, documents from agency probe show ....Internal Revenue Service officials singled out for scrutiny not only groups with “tea party” or “patriot” in their names but also nonprofit groups that criticized the government and sought to educate Americans about the U.S. Constitution, according to documents in an audit conducted by the agency’s inspector general.

The documents, obtained by The Washington Post..." IRS targeted groups critical of government documents from agency probe show - The Washington Post

Of course, the WaPo will endorse whoever the Democrats run.....

So....Obama's Democrat's....certainly operating on orders from Zhongnanhai at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, restricted the liberty of 'tea party' groups, and of 'patriot' groups.....

....and even of groups that ' criticized the government and sought to educate Americans about the U.S. Constitution,'....

Who can deny the American Fascism on display.
No one can.

Do not think that it is possible to divorce the silencing of opposing viewpoints from ever other indicia of fascism.
Allow fascism to infect one venue....it infects all.

12 "Fascism will come at the hands of perfectly authentic Americans
, as violently against Hitler and Mussolini as the next one, but who are convinced that the present economic system is washed up and that the present political system in America has outlived its usefulness and who wish to commit this country to the rule of the bureaucratic state....

There is your fascist. And the sooner America realizes this dreadful fact the sooner it will arm itself to make an end of American fascism masquerading under the guise of the champion of democracy."
"As We Go Marching: A Biting Indictment of the Coming of Domestic Fascism in America,"

by John T. Flynn

BTW, Flynn wrote this in 1944.

And this: "....a powerfully centralized government in which the executive will hold in effect all the powers with Congress reduced to the role of a debating society."

Wake me up when PC brings in FDR into the discussion.
FDR wasa progresive. As such he was also a fascist. Yes, FDR and his minions shut down opposition. Note the shutting down of opposition to the NRA Blue Eagle campaign
