America can mass deport illegal aliens,

and we know this because it’s done so before

24 Feb 2024 ~~ By Andeas Widburg

The headlines are full of stories about illegal aliens: They’re raping children, murdering young women, crashing their cars into children, assaulting and murdering police officers…and the list goes on. However, we’re told that we’re stuck with them. Well, we’re not. In the 1950s, when there was political will—and a plea from Mexico to send its citizens home—we did mass deport illegal aliens. Like Pakistan deporting its illegal Afghan aliens, El Salvador jailing its gangs, or Argentina balancing its budget in nine weeks, it just requires political will.
I made a lot of assertions about illegal aliens in my opening paragraph. Let me back them up with just a few examples.
The above are just single points of evidence, of course, but they reflect myriad reports that fill the news regularly. And it doesn’t matter whether illegal aliens are more or less likely to commit these crimes than citizens or people here legally. What matters is that each of these horrible crimes wouldn’t have happened if our government had obeyed the law.

Commentary:
Factually, the majority of folks coming across the border are not from mexico , so how do you deport people to countries that will not allow landing rights for US planes ?
It's all a fantasy anyhow because every blue state will protect them. Deportations would be a trigger for civil war.
IMHO, this will be done quickly with self-deportation, aligning with the final breaths of the collapse of the dollar as a reserve currency.
The illegals will face the choice of being completely destitute with worthless fiat dollars in the US, or becoming millionaires essentially overnight. For the latter, the path is simple - go back their homelands and convert their newly-worthless money into new PM-backed currency, and live the life they’ve always dreamed of.
Well, in 2025 President Trump can by Executive Order DHD and ICE to repeat Eisenhower's "Operation Wetback".
Since the illegals crossed our borders at various points between the U.S. and Mexico, we can always send them back to their point pf entry and let Mexico worry about them.

Indeed. And if Trump isn't murdered or sucked into time space vortex, He will deport these poor people. And hopefully the justice system will turn and arrest the assholes that made this happen. And either find a nice cozy jail cell or nice wall to put them against.

If there are countries that will not allow deportation flights to land, they are not entitled to foreign aid. There is a restriction on financial transactions. No remittances. If the plane can't land use parachutes.
Not sure, but I think we've done all of those things in Venezuela--thats why they aren't allowing returns. They don't want them either.

Going to be costly. They are not going to willingly march quietly in lineup to Airplanes, Boats or Boxcars to head south. The LW communists will send out code stink, BLM, ANTFA to protest. It will be a mess.

if you try to starve them out, homeless them out, crime will soar. What to do?

Or just fine employers who hire illegals. The illegals will self-deport within six months.

Just give them air fare, put them on a plane and send them home. If they haven't formally renounced their citizenship they must be allowed to return to their country, even those released from prisons.

There is no way we can round up and deport 20 million illegal aliens when we do not know who they are. If they cannot work they will leave but that is not happen either. We have laws against illegally crossing the border and hiring illegals. They are not enforced.
Unlawful Employment Of Aliens -- Criminal Penalties. Title 8 U.S.C. § 1324a(a)(1)(A) makes it unlawful for any person or other entity to hire, recruit, or refer for a fee, for employment in the United States an alien knowing the alien is an unauthorized alien, as defined in subsection 1324a(h)(3).
Individuals who illegally hire, recruit, or refer illegal aliens to work in the United States are in violation of Title 8 U.S.C § 1324. Criminal Penalty – Being found guilty of a criminal violation is punishable by a fine of up to $3,000 for each unauthorized alien and/or up to six months imprisonment.Jul 28, 2023

Yes we can round them up. The USA has done it before and they will do it again.
God Bless Trump!

Eisenhower, in office 1953-1961, oversaw a vigorous federal effort that removed illegal Mexican immigrants from the Southwest. The result was not 13 million deportees, but "probably less than 1.3 million," according to the Handbook of Texas.

"The claim that Eisenhower deported 13 million immigrants must be the result of a typo or some other error," USCIS historian Smith told FactCheck.org.
Try deporting 20 or 30 million now and see what you get.

Times have changed and we learned from mistakes. ROUND EM UP

Times have changed but we have not learned from our mistakes. WE let them in we give them amnesty, Reagan granted amnesty to nearly 3 million illegal immigrants, yet was largely considered unsuccessful because the strict sanctions on employers were stripped out of the bill for passage. It was an open invitation for 20 million more to enter illegally. Reagan was a Republican.

What percentage of jobs are held by immigrants?

Immigrants make up nearly 20% of the US workforce — just over 30 out of 168 million — and participate in the labor force at a higher rate than native-born workers, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS)

20 million. 7 million on Joe's clock.
