America can mass deport illegal aliens, and we know this because it’s done so before

A host of issues and problems with a single, obvious solution: Deny entry at the border.

It doesn't have to be done inhumanely, it doesn't have to be mean or cruel. And - if done completely, no exceptions, no excuses, just totally, the problem will disappear in a few weeks. Those refused entry will stop others from making the trip.

Besides...Mexico let them in, let them travel up their country, so Mexico deserves a share.

Mexico is not responsible for our border, we are. Secure the border and they will stop coming. We already haved laws against illegal immigration.

1911. 8 U.S.C. 1325 -- Unlawful Entry,

Or just fine employers who hire illegals. The illegals will self-deport within six months.
Gangbangers, rapists, drug peddlers and sex traffickers will not leave

And neither will welfare bums with children because your side will feed them

That's why we have an Air Force and parachutes.

Assuming that mexico refuses to cooperate with us by talking them back I lean toward returning them to mexico with a catapult

Times have changed but we have not learned from our mistakes. WE let them in we give them amnesty, Reagan granted amnesty to nearly 3 million illegal immigrants, yet was largely considered unsuccessful because the strict sanctions on employers were stripped out of the bill for passage. It was an open invitation for 20 million more to enter illegally. Reagan was a Republican.

What percentage of jobs are held by immigrants?

Immigrants make up nearly 20% of the US workforce — just over 30 out of 168 million — and participate in the labor force at a higher rate than native-born workers, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS)
Deport them and we lose billions in taxes that is paying into the system that benefit people like you.
  • Nationally, undocumented immigrants contributed $96.7 billion in federal, state, and local taxes in 2022. Of this, $37.3 billion went to state and local governments.
  • For every 1 million undocumented immigrants who reside in the country, public services receive $8.9 billion in additional tax revenue.
  • Nationally, providing access to work authorization to all current undocumented immigrants would increase their tax contributions by $40.2 billion annually, to $136.9 billion.
  • More than a third of the tax dollars paid by undocumented immigrants are toward payroll taxes dedicated to funding programs — like Social Security, Medicare, and Unemployment Insurance — that undocumented workers are barred from accessing.

Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy is your source. They are a far left organization. Even the far left "wikipedia" calls them liberal.

Don't conflate legal immigrants and illegal immigrants.

We don't deport immigrants who are here legally. Suspending all of the immigration laws for millions of other immigrants doesn't make them legal.
