In only recent hours and minutes the Republican lawsuits in Pennsylvania have been amended, and the Trumped-Up Administration admits that it "Restructured" its filing, ahead of tomorrow, 11/17. Republican counties, . . . "followed the law and did not provide a notice and cure process, disenfranchising many." Essentially, because the Republican counties failed at maximizing enfranchisement, and Democrat counties did promote voter enfranchisement: Then "Equal Rights" federal provisions were violated.

The contention would be like contending, decades ago, that because Republican counties followed the law and did not provide notice and opportunity of lawful integration of Southern Diners, and Democrats did provide notice and opportunity of lawful integration of Southern Diners: Then the Democratic counties were violating Equal Rights Provisions--creating the notices that the Racists did not.

In Pennsylvania: "In any case, there is no provision in state law preventing counties from helping voters to fix a ballot that contains a technical deficiency. . . .The lawsuit does not contain any allegations that someone voted illegally."

It has long been contended that Republicans fear voter enfranchisement: Most!!

"I'll Make A Wish and here's what I'll Say: 'Nothing could be finer than to integrate. . .a diner in the. . . MORNING!'"

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Then in the prayers--Lives Don't Matter, (and certainly not votes): Matt 25: 14-30)
