Amazing what politics does to people.

intent isn't important. and you have no way to determine WHAT her intent was anyway.
Have you never seen a vehicle whose driver's intent and attitude were evident by the way they were driving? Her intent was to flee, not to harm anyone.

he had damage to his hip as I understand it but that isnt the point. A 3000-pound vehicle was driven at him and hit him by state law he didn't have to even wait to shoot. By federal law he is covered.
I can't find a report on his injuries. Can you post it?

Nope I read it in this or another thread on the subject. But again, his injury or even lack of one is immaterial to the legality of his shooting her, even state law signed by the current Governor doesn't not require the officer be struck to fire at someone driving at them.

You have to be mentally disturbed to see that video and claim she was at fault. He had no right killing her, he is an example of the overall incompetence and moral decay of the Trump administration and his puppet followers.

She was not an innocent bystander

Not only possible but fact he was hit from your car

None of that shit you posted even challenges that fact
You can’t get run over by a Honda Odyssey from 1-3 feet in front of it. It was moving 3-6 MPH. Even Trump can side step that.

she hit him. And again, for the slow and stupid, STATE law signed by the current Governor does not even require she hit him for him to shoot.
They could repeal the sanctuary city laws and Ice would not be in the neighborhoods

The police simply kill too many people unnecessarily. My biggest problem is with the state legislators that don't use the death penalty. The police needlessly kill more people on the street in a year than would be executed wrongly in ten years. How does that make any sense.

And of course, you have stats for that? That they 'needlessly' kill people? Let's see some real numbers. How many people are killed by police out of all of the contacts the public has with them every year? How many LEO's never go home to see their families every year? I'm assuming you know all of these numbers to make the comments that you have?
