Since he did not hurt the black thug....I do not think he will have any legal problems....but the sad thing today if if you hurt a black criminal you may be in trouble even if he has a rap sheet as long as your arm....many of them like that out there ....especially on public transportation........they get arrested and then get probation....over and over....they get probation when they are already on probation.....the criminal justice system is broken and the democrats like it like that.....they do not want their homies rotting away in jail.
