/——/ My chiropractor diagnosed my bone spurs and recommended Dr Scholl’s heel insert. It has a slit in the middle so the spur doesn’t make contact with the shoe heel. This was in the 1980s. I don’t know if Scholl’s still has that one anymore but others may. I’ll let you know if I find it.
