‘Amateur hour’: Washington aghast at Trump administration's war plan group chat

Faked screenshots....
Very easy to add phoney information in today's digital world....
And this story was published by extremely Left Wing publication and written by another extreme left wing editor who is KNOWN for false reporting.

But yet we are supposed to believe the entirety of everything said by him? And even more that he withheld information he deemed too sensitive?

Not buying it.

What I DO buy is that he got looped in mistakenly. But that there was no breach of OPSEC or Classified plans transmitted on the app. Not what would happen. Why would the others want or need to know those details? Especially when Trump was there with headset listening to the action....live.

Well, you made it up,

'Members of Congress and national security staffers were stunned Monday by a bombshell report that top Trump administration officials — including the vice president and Defense secretary — discussed war plans in a Signal group chat.

Many raised concerns about the potential mishandling of classified information as well as sensitive details regarding U.S. war plans.

“Only one word for this: FUBAR,” Rep. Pat Ryan (D-N.Y.), an Army veteran who sits on the Armed Services Committee, wrote on X. “If House Republicans won’t hold a hearing on how this happened IMMEDIATELY, I’ll do it my damn self.”'

There’s no limit to this ‘administration’s’ incompetence – further proof Trump is unfit to be president.
The attack went on as planned. Nothing like Biden's total failure on Afghanistan.

It is of serious concern if there is some truth to the reporting.

I am not likely to believe Goddard's reporting until verified.

Mission was a success, no classified info leaked (perhaps), Europe gets a strong message about US military protecting them. Could be an intentional leak.

If it's accidental, it's a big deal. Not in this case, but the generic implications are huge.

It probably does not surprise anyone that government officials use encrypted commercial apps like Signal. That's probably because they work great and are less cumbersome than any app created by the government. Need to get Musk on that, pronto. :-)

It is a big deal, even if there was nothing critical shared. They should have never been using a platform that is that vulnerable to outside forces.
When Hegseth was nominated, there were constant protests of him not being qualified, inexperienced, etc.
I wanted to see him prove them wrong with his policies and action, not prove them right.

Don't fall for the whiny libtard rhetoric.

Don't fall for the whiny libtard rhetoric.

When you start with adolescent name calling, you destroy your own credibility up front.

They were arrogant and careless.

Not one of the people in front of the Senate now are remotely qualified to do the jobs they were appointed to.

They are all Trump stooges. They weren't picked for expertise. They were picked because Trump has a long history of grabbing low level people and elevating them well above their competence and experience in the expectation that they will be his yes man and stooges.

He ran his business that way. And by the end, he was running his first Administration that way.

Time for Mike to lose phone priviledges....
