Advertising in Washington would have made even more sense, Washington DC metro area population over 6 million, Charlotte metro under 2.5 million. So Washington is closer, has more than twice the population, thus more candidates for the job, plus many more Dems.
Marketing was my minor in college, it's a no-brainer to advertise where I would get the best results.
This whole thing doesn't pass the smell test at all.

I was replying to Depotoo and validating that post not the OP. During the Cali rallies, where they ripped and burned flags and beat up that old man, those were Resist members holding up a Isis type black flag.
