The annual congressional budget is the blueprint for all federal spending, revenue, and debt limits.
-- As the saying goes, "Failing to plan is planning to fail".

If you create no plan you can't be held to one and can't be rebuked for not following it. It's easier to spend, spend, spend when there isn't an actual budget for people to point to and say, 'There is no money in the budget for what you're spending this money on'.

Gotta call you out on that one, Easy, I could not disagree with you more. Pelosi and her fellow Democrats are proving to be one of the most productive congresses in American history I think! The problem is that nothing they are doing is ethical, moral, desirable or good for the country.

And some of it may not even be legal.
