All this 10mm talk

Pussies like cnm havent ever fired a gun, let alone a big one, so they are clueless on the effects other than from watching hollyweird.
You'd have had to be goddamned busy to have killed as many animals with rifle and shotgun, easily in the thousands.
Why should i, when i have Annie Oakley doing the hunting for me, all i have to do is clean up the mess....

Like a revolver, the lever action is cool as hell!
They're crap. Slow to reload, can't take spitzer, hurt to open, hurt to close, hurt the trigger finger, difficult to use prone, usually the shittiest sights known to man. The triggers are not much either. Crap.
Mausers laugh at them.

LOL....Maybe you're just a snowflake.
My Winchester .30-.30 is easy to load and shoot. Havent had a chance to shoot the new S&W 610 yet since the cylinder is out being reamed for the 10mm Magnum cartridge but I feel no pain when dry firing or loading.
And why would a lever action be difficult to shoot in the prone position?
Fire a round, rotate the rifle a few degrees to the right or left depending on whether you're a lefty or a righty, cycle the action and shoot again.
Of course some of us enjoy classic rifle designs because they're just that...classical.
I have bolt guns, semi autos and lever actions and I enjoy shooting all of them.
I find it laughable that your a snob about the bolt action rifle when a semi auto is far superior than the bolt action when in the prone position.

Hey CNM!!!
How about an answer rather than an emoji?

As many animals as what?
I'd bet I've shot more game animals before I reached the age of ten than you've shot in your whole life.

edit...Oh, underpowered.

Under powered?
Explain.

And by the way, with the new Prog Tax on assault weapons and magazines of 10 or more, the revolver and lever action slide right past that tax.....

True, but it's not like I'll be paying those taxes anyway.

.
It's a good mix of power and recoil and is a joy to shoot.
You can go all day and wake up without bruised hands and thats shooting the .357 round rather than the .38
Thats one of the reasons I picked up the 10mm. .40 cal,10mm and 10mm Mag.
It's like three guns in one,or two in one in the .357.

Making me jealous. That's an awesome setup. Christmas is coming and except a Ruger Wrangler a couple months ago at $199 I couldn't resist I haven't treated myself good in several years. There's gonna be a cool purchase this month, trust me :) What, I dunno.

Shooting cowboy action I used Marlins and Rossis in 357/38. What a pure fun gun. Next best thing to a 22, or a dozen of them.

Add a few inches barrel and a slower powder to take advantage of it. Cool. I also have one of the Rugers, 44mag carbine. The early tube fed one not the mag fed. Had a few 44mag levers too, 100 yards drill tin cans all day long.

I usually buy a new gun every couple of years, because it takes me that long to research it and convince the Wife I need it.
Next up is the .338 Lapua...this one's gonna take the extra mile to convince the Wife.
I'll explain to Her that I already have several guns that are more expensive and a trip to the grocery store and the liquor store cost almost the same. And I wont piss it out or shit it out in two weeks time. Of course I'll fail to mention I'll need a high end optic to make it worthwhile.
And I'll ad that it's far cheaper than the .50 cal Barrett at $2000 thousand bucks.

You have season limits and tags and all that 'game' shit, don't you? So you're bullshitting as to number. No limits, tags, seasons, licences for introduced feral mammals on public land here. And just about every mammal is introduced. They're all declared noxious, it's a public service to shoot them and walk away. Well, it's courteous not to leave them in a water source of course.

I live and grew up in Texas moron.
We can shoot all the hogs we can find, all the exotics we can find and the bag limits are far higher than yankee states. Until recently we had no seasons on saltwater fish unlike the north.
I can still shoot 5 deer a year in Kimble county, two bucks and three doe.

You don't quite get the point of 'no limits', 'no seasons', 'no tags', 'no licence', 'declared noxious', do you?

My best Buddy has a Rossi .357 and it kicks ass!!!
It's a joy to shoot and is accurate as hell!!!

That's a valid argument for sure. Plus you "need one"

Cant wait to find out!
The Wife and I have a funny thing we've done for the last 25 years for Christmas.
We buy whatever the fuck we want for ourselves and hand it over to each other unopened, they wrap it and put it under the tree.
We'll drink some heavily spiked eggnog on Christmas morning and pretend to be surprised when we open our gifts.
We put some related items in our stockings that we dont have a clue about just to keep things interesting.
In my case it may be several boxes of ammo or maybe a new optic.
