Late night USSC decision.
Before circuit courts hear the case
Only hearing one side, the ACLU side, Soviet style, not allowing the government to present their side.
No wonder Alito and Thomas are upset.
The USSC is now a just another democrat "Lawfare" Kangaroo Court.

Where are the legal eagles now whining about justice and the courts?

Alito’s dissent in deportation case says court rushed to block Trump with middle-of-the night order

Alito said that “unprecedented” relief was “hastily and prematurely granted.”
He wrote that it was not clear whether the Supreme Court had jurisdiction at this stage of the case, saying that not all legal avenues had been played out in lower courts and the justices had not had the chance to hear the government’s side.
“The only papers before this Court were those submitted by the applicants. The Court had not ordered or received a response by the Government regarding either the applicants’ factual allegations or any of the legal issues presented by the application. And the Court did not have the benefit of a Government response filed in any of the lower courts either,” Alito said.

This isn't a decision. At least it's the supreme court finally stepping in on matters like this.

You don’t need to hear both sides to issue a stay.

Govt could prove no damage if they don’t deport…..Right Now!

The murders of American citizens by illegals sounds like damage to rational people.

None of those currently in custody are able to murder citizens.
You need to show what damage is done to the US if they are not deported…Right Now

Well that's the issue, the SCOTUS can't simply step in whenever it wants, had the case been to the Circuit Court yet?

Demofks are whailing about.

Actually it can, and it should.

The SC delegates its powers, except final appeals, to lower courts. However that doesn't mean it gives up on it's constitutional power as the only court required by the Constitution.

Nothing they can do either. They can set up all this bullshit they want, they are not the law of the land. Until Congress does something, this is Trump's war on crime.
