Are you just stupid or what? No one with any sense gets a gun handed to them and doesn't check to see if it's loaded. On the other hand, Hollywood uses tons of fake guns killing each other off in the movies. It's conceivable the mindset that it was just a prop gun prevailed over safety. Is Alex Baldwin an expert with guns as you are?
Don't be discouraged. Keep trying.No, you didn’t.
Yes .. perhaps Alec Baldwin will get to personally meet some LGTBQ+ individuals he has dismissed earlier in his career. Oh .. they'll like him.It would be fun if Baldwin went to prison.
But I don't have much hopes for that to happen.
Baldwin is an arrogant prick.
Chauvin is in prison for life and Baldwin would only get 18 months if convicted. Celebrity justice.
Maybe their laws are almost the same as ours out there. It's official now
The movie’s prop armorer faces the same charges. The assistant director, responsible for on-set safety, pleads guilty to negligent use of a deadly weapon.

they'll weed out every gun owner and nra member.Good move. Let a jury hear the evidence and decide
So much for her planned career.Alec Baldwin has been charged with involuntary manslaughter over the 2021 death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the movie set of Rust.
The actor is one of three cast and crew members charged over the accidental shooting, New Mexico first judicial district attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies announced on Thursday (19 January).
The first assistant director on Rust, David Halls, has agreed to plead guilty to the charge of negligent use of a deadly weapon.
Meanwhile, the film’s amourer Hannah Gutierrez Reed has also been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the incident.
The decision comes more than 15 months after the fatal shooting in October 2021, which occurred when a prop gun held by Baldwin discharged on set. A single bullet struck director Joel Souza in the shoulder before fatally striking Hutchins in the chest.
He pointed a gun at a person and pulled the trigger.I agree with the prop armorer being charged.
But I don't understand how Baldwin can be charged? ..![]()
It was a movie, a play, make-believe.
Not really. It's the responsibility of the guy pulling the trigger to make sure he knows what's going to happen when he does. It's not like the gun is so complicated that someone who knows he's going to use one on a set can't quickly learn how to ensure it's not deadly. Not a fan of him but it’s the armorer’s fault.

In the real world, responsibility for the shooting falls on the producer who okayed a gun on set without clearly communicated regulations on how to handle it safely, the guy who brought live ammo to a set, the guy who loaded the gun with the live ammo and not the blanks, the guy who handed the gun to Baldwin without making sure there was no live ammo in it, and, ultimately, Baldwin, who pulled the trigger without knowing for sure it wasn't deadly. Since he pulled the trigger, he's the one in the hot seat.
Baldwin was handed the pistol by the professional armorer who's job is to make sure the weapon is safe and and only contains blanks in the chambers. He pointed a gun at a person and pulled the trigger.
I have to disagree with that. He could have aimed just off of the girl and it would still look great for a camera shot.Baldwin was handed the pistol by the professional armorer who's job is to make sure the weapon is safe and and only contains blanks in the chambers.
She is criminally responsible by failing to do her job, and should be charged.
I have no doubt that Baldwin will end up in Civil court and be sued for $millions
But finding him guilty in Criminal court will be a stretch.
