One of the parcels of land, involved a vacant lagoon, that Jared Kushner who was buying the land to build a resort, had any knowledge that Artur Shehu was under investigation, or anyone anywhere.

Here is the plot of ground in question. As you can see, there no homes, no nothing. It's a vacant undeveloped plot of ground in a country that needs economic growth. Building a resort, would provide jobs, and bring tourists and tourist related industries to the area.
This is a good thing. And ironically this is why the Albanian Land Development organization exists.

So realizing that, the government creates the Albanian Land Development program, whose entire purpose is to give land to companies to develop.... and then when they do, they claim it's corruption and try and throw everyone in prison.

This is like demanding government promote renewable energy plants with subsidies and grants, and then Amazon builds a renewable energy power plant, and collects hundreds of millions from the government, and then left-wingers start screaming "Republicans support Corporate Welfare!" when they are the idiots that support corporate welfare.

They take your money that you demanded the government give them for renewables or in this case land development, and then when they take it, you scream.
