Alabama lawmaker arrested on voter fraud charge

Additional hoops? By pulling out your fucking drivers license is additional strain because it has a picture on it ???

Bite me. My voters registration card has been good enough for 45 years and will continue to be.

You can go cry up a tree.

If we went to a voters ID card and the GOP lost, they would just keep crying.

They want to keep power and their culture for all of us even though they are less than 35% of us.

That will never happen.

Russia wasn't the reason Trump beat Hillary either.

The members keep getting told here that the leftists, progressives, Marxist-Socialists-communists (whatever they are), are the great cheaters of the American political scene. I just don't that it is so, because it seems the reports of such are all about Republicans cheating. The perp, a doctor and an Army veteran, was elected to the AL house of representatives. He has to now answer a felony charge.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) — An Alabama legislator was arrested Tuesday on felony voter fraud charges accusing him of voting in a district where he did not live.
Republican Rep. David Cole of Huntsville was arrested on charges of voting in an unauthorized location, according to Madison County Jail records. The details of the charge were not immediately available in court records, but the arrest comes after accusations that Cole did not live in the district in which he was elected.
Cole, a doctor and Army veteran, was elected to the House of Representatives last year.

Voter fraud is a Class C felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. The Alabama attorney general's office is prosecuting the case against Cole, a spokeswoman confirmed.

One whole vote?

Obviously your card is not good enough if it can’t validate who you are. Taken in conjunction with enhanced validation, your card will continue to be valid….. an no need for your oral fantasies to be fulfilled.

Your opinion means absolutely nothing to me.

What do voters participate in?.... ELECTIONS you moron... libs say the dumbest things...
Double down on your ignorance.

The Trump humper way.

Do your own research on the distinction. I am out of patience with emotional reactionary responses for the day.

yes, i am non partisan
the purpose of my post was to show people were convicted of voter fraud
any intelligent person would question these districts given how vast voter fraud is.

ask B-1 Bob
Please don't be offended. I just have a question.

How vast is it relative to prior elections?

Great question, I think it is like boiling a frog. It is creeping up on us.

B1-Bob, from southern california was the first I heard complaining about voter fraud. I believe he was right. He lost against Loretta Sanchez by 1,000 votes. An investigation followed, they found around half those votes were illegitimate and thousands more that could be investigated. But they quit the investigation and let Sanchez keep the seat.

That is my first knowledge of voter fraud.

I also know that california gives voter registration cards to illegal aliens.

How vast was election fraud in 2020 comparted to the previous elections, most likely it was a small step, of many steps, which leads us to today, where we must question how our elections are governed.

Is that arguments supposed to convince me?

Not vast at all according to experts, Trump's own investigations (that he never shares with the public, and the attorney general who Trump told to just say the election was stolen and let him and his buddies in Congress take care of the rest.

Despicable thing to say, don't you agree?

I am not trying to convince you of anything. There is no convincing of you or any other person who takes your position..

As far as elections go, there is more than enough convictions, across the united states, of democrats and republicans committing voter fraud to validate my posts.

Trump's investigations? What Trump said? How about direct/exact quotes.

Your paraphrasing is terrible, disturbing.

I would convinced if the people who reportedly voted illegals were charged and found guilty in a court of law.

I'm not one to hang in public opinion or outcry when it comes to legal matters.

Of course their is voter fraud. Always has been and always will be.

Nothing that would effect national elections though.

Trump's investigations? What Trump said? How about direct/exact quotes.

Sorry about that. I sometimes forget how insulated Trump supporters are from news outside the echo chamber. Also it was Rosen, not barr. My bad.

"In one phone conversation, according to handwritten notes taken by Donoghue and highlighted at Thursday’s hearing, Trump directed Rosen to “Just say the election was corrupt and leave the rest to me and the R. Congressmen.”

Your paraphrasing is terrible, disturbing.
Here is a Trump funded voter fraud commission that was quietly disbanded after finding nothing.

Don't you find it disturbing that a president would claim election fraud, have it investigated, and when they find nothing...that Trump never made public this information?

"Trump also made the unsubstantiated claim that “a tremendous number of dead people” cast ballots in Michigan. “I think it was … 18,000. Some unbelievably high number, much higher than yours, you were in the 4-5,000 category.”

The Trump campaign-commissioned report said analysts had “high confidence” there were only nine deceased voters in Fulton county, Georgia. The researchers also said they believed the “potential statewide exposure” of dead voters was 23, the newspaper said."

Obviously we have to do much more about voter fraud.

Nice flame job, you are not apologizing, you are being a dick. You are sorry? No, you are an idiot.

You are not one to hang on public opinion? Yet you are basing your post hear on an opinion piece from AP.

Hand written notes on a phone call? Sure, when did he write the note, as he was talking? A hand written note after the call is at best, hearsay. Kind of like hanging on public opinion.

We were talking about the Trump Election Investigation, and you offer one hand-written note from a phone call? That does not answer the questions I poised in regards to Trump's investigations that you brought up.

Neither of your partisan links includes information that can be said can directly from the Investigations you mentioned.

Nice reply, with absolutely nothing of value or relevant to what we were discussing.

There is not enough documented voter fraud to give a suggestion of systemic problems that endanger the system.

Only conspiracy nuts think that.

Nice flame job, you are not apologizing, you are being a dick. You are sorry? No, you are an idiot.

I am sorry you feel this way and subsequently are calling me names.

You may be a little sensitive for political forums?

You are not one to hang on public opinion? Yet you are basing your post hear on an opinion piece from AP.

It's not opinion. It was under oath testimony.

Hand written notes on a phone call? Sure, when did he write the note, as he was talking? A hand written note after the call is at best, hearsay. Kind of like hanging on public opinion.

Again, under oath testimony.

He wrote the note so that is not hearsay.

Hand written notes along with testimony, historically, are considered very strong evidence.

We were talking about the Trump Election Investigation, and you offer one hand-written note from a phone call? That does not answer the questions I poised in regards to Trump's investigations that you brought up.

Yes, that was in the end of my post.

Neither of your partisan links includes information that can be said can directly from the Investigations you mentioned.

My contention was that Trump payed for an investigation and after they found nothing, he disbanded them and said nothing.

Partison links? They are directly from the report submitter by Trump's investigators.

That is hardly partison.

I am sorry you feel this way and subsequently are calling me names.
You may be a little sensitive for political forums?
Really, so when you called me a Trump Humper, that was not you being to sensitive to be posting in the political forum?

You are sorry I feel this way, after you insult me.

Nice, I am suppose to be nice and civil, allow you to call me names, allow you to insult me, otherwise I am too sensitive and should not be posting?

Yet, it was only in response to your, bullshit! Your name calling and insulting. You start the bullshit but obviously can not handle it when I respond in kind.
