Arpaio probably has Sharpton by at least 100 IQ points..........and it was obvious in the debate. This country needs so many more Sheriff Joe's right now, to do what the congress in Washington, DC won't. We need to protect our borders from this kind of invasion.

If every county in the country had a Sheriff like this guy, crime would probably be cut in half. He certainly doesn't play games.

In Sharpton vs. Arpaio I vote for all mangled and killed, both of them are assholes and Arpaio abuses power.

Oh and yes we need to protect ourselves from people who wish to come here and do blue collar work oh the horrors.

illegals suppress wages for legal residents and citizens in blue collar occupations.

you're okay with that?

It would be alright if they came here through legal means and go through the Naturalization process to become a American Citizen wouldn't you think? Arpaio is just upholding the law and being a American Patriot.

You know if we made them legal residents then they couldn't be paid less than minimum wage.

Just upholding the law?

Is that why he's being investigated by the FBI, Department of Justice, and the Attorney General?

they're not paid less than minimum wage now, but they do undercut *legal* workers bargaining position by being willing to work for less than they are simply because they're *illegal*. do you think that's fair to the legal workers?

Yes. They are not entitled to a job and if they lose out to someone more qualified or to someone who is willing to work for less than that's life.

i agree that both the employer and the employee should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Because he is doing what the law states and arresting illegals and not adhereing to the status quo of Political Correctness. The attorney general of Arizona wants a open border policy so yes she is against him.

'and what proof do you have his draconian tactics reduced crime?'

As chief law enforcement officer for the county, Arpaio continues to reduce crime with hard-hitting enforcement methods. His deputies and detectives have solved several high-profile murder cases, including nine child murders. The posse, whose ranks have increased to 3,000 members under Arpaio, is the nation’s largest volunteer posse. Posse men and women help in search and rescue and other traditional police work as well as in special operations like rounding up deadbeat parents, fighting prostitution, patrolling malls during holidays, and investigating animal cruelty complaints. The posse’s contributions are invaluable and essentially free to taxpayers.
