AIPAC fail: Goldberg leads, and Sen. Blumenthal climbs off the war bus

Americans loyal to America do not want war with Iran.

Americans who are sane do not want war with Iran. It's got nothing to do with 'loyalty'. No sane individual *wants* a war, ever. But some few wars seem to be unavoidable.

I'm amazed by the sudden 'American loyalty' of this poster, since on so many prior occasions it has lamented patriotism as a horrid relic of the past, claiming nationalism divides people from one another around the world, and that ALL governments are the province of Satan ..... It has fulminated against the use of 'Communist' 'Fascist' and 'Nazi as "labels used to divide people".

Does anyone else find that all so heavily ironic?

War is never necessary except for people like you.

You are a traitor to America, why are you here and not killing babies with your Zionazi Klan in Palestine?

Americans loyal to America do not want war with Iran.

Americans loyal to America are repulsed at Mahmoud presuming to speak on behalf of Americans.

Sherri's obsession with dead babies is further proof that she is severely mentally ill....

What a sick person you are, Sherri MunnerNazi

Forget about Americans for the moment and what they think about Iran. What do you and the Iranian gang have to tell us about what your friends in Iran are saying about this. Surely the gang is getting some word from Iran that you can pass on to the readers.

By the way, since here in America there is freedom of religion and people are able to practice in peace whatever beliefs they have, do you think that the people in America would look kindly on your friends who are busy imprisoning and/or murdering others because of the religion they follow?

They look kindly at Israel as it drives Christians out of the holy land because of the religion they follow.

Thank you for showing us, Mr. Tinmore, that you don't care how many Christians your friends are harassing. imprisoning and murdering plus destroying churches all over the Muslim world. Aren't you the lucky one that here in America you can practice whatever religion you wish to without being set upon by people of other religions. How nice it is to be able to overlook what your Muslim buddies are doing to Christians.

I am INTRIGUED Mr. Tin-----could you expand on that notion a bit?
I do have some clinical experience with notions of cause and effect
in the sense of that which is PERCEIVED as "cause and effect" in the minds
of various persons in various situations. History provides us with insight
into the actions of groups based on THEIR perceptions of "cause and effect"

an example. I came into contact with persons from south east asia ---
lots. Because of that fact I came to understand the dilemma
of the ERSTWHILE maharajah------lots of them preferred
British colonialsim to MAHATMA GANDHI

How come in Israel people of all religions are able to practice their beliefs in peace whereas in your Muslim friends' countries, the Christians are being harassed, imprisoned or murdered. You are not fooling anyone with any brains, Mr. Tinmore On this Middle East forum, you have shown no interest in what is happening in those Middle East countries where you friends are busy murdering Christians, and your obsession with just Israel, a tiny, tiny country in the Middle East, tells an awful lot about you. Just be happy that you are in this country and nobody is bothering you because of your beliefs.

Sally-----give Mr Tin a chance-----he is going to EXPLAIN -----remember your ancestors.
I remember mine and their concepts of that which was GOOD---for them at the time
that they lived-------over there. Well----to be brief------it as not a matter of
demanding a fair and just situation-------it was simply a matter of------the best of
the various evils. There were times that-----morocco was better than spain.
Emperor Franz Josef was considered a SAINT by my grandparents-----because
he did not organize pogroms. There are chaldeans in Iraq----who did a lot better
under the murdering pig SADAAM than they can expect under the current "leaders"
over there. Then there is the issue of CAUSE AND EFFECT----- give him time----
he will explain

uhm----remember the 60s when there were people claiming "HOW LUCKY

19th century-------THEY GOT TO COME TO THE USA --WITHOUT PAYING
PASSAGE" !!!!!!!

[Episcopal News Service] The Episcopal bishops of Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., have in separate statements decried the decision by Israel's Ministry of the Interior to deny a residency permit for Anglican Bishop in Jerusalem Suheil Dawani and his family to live in Jerusalem.

Dawani's episcopal ministry requires him to travel throughout the Episcopal Diocese of Jerusalem, which includes parishes and institutions in Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and the Palestinian Territories. Dawani, a Palestinian Christian, has held a residency permit for Jerusalem since 2007.

"The seizure of Bishop Dawani's travel documents means not only that he cannot visit the Christian communities of Lebanon, Jordan and Syria. It also means he cannot minister to the Christian communities located minutes from St. George's Cathedral: the brewmasters of Taybeh, the schoolchildren of Bethlehem, the unemployed and elderly of Jericho," said Los Angeles Bishop Jon Bruno, whose diocese has shared a companion relationship with the Episcopal Diocese of Jerusalem for six years.

Mr. Tinmore, you really are not fooling anyone with pulling up that article. There are millions and millions of Christians here in the U.S. who would disagreer with these Episcopolians. If you actually wanted to show the readers that you care about the Christians, you would be pulling up articles on how they are treated in Muslim countries. Evidently from all of your posts, you could care less about how many Christians are being killed by your friends. Tell you what, why not show us some article from one of the heads of the Coptic Churches in Egypt telling us how nice your Muslim friends treat the Christians there. Naturally you passed over the announcement by the Pope about his saying how Christianity was disappearing in the Middle East. See, the Pope has his eyes open to what is happening, but you don't want the readers to be aware of what your Muslim buddies are doing to the Christians.

Actually when reading Mr. Tinmore's posts, something comes to mine. A friend of mine living in Yonkers once told me about an incident where some Palestinians youths had desecrated some synagogue in White Plains. When a judge found the youths guilty, one of the fathers yelled out, "You might as well fly the flag of Israel over the courthouse." You and I would have thought up some suitable punishment if our kids had done anything like that, but right away one of the fathers had to bring up Israel which had nothing to do with what his kid had done. As you can see, Mr. Tinmore can't seem to accept the fact that Christians are so horribly treated in Muslim countries, but he had no problem in dragging in Israel.

I guess Mr. Tinmore thinks this is worse than what is happening to the Christians in the Muslim world. Say, maybe he can contact that Episcopalian group and point them in the right direction. Maybe he can be the one to alert them as to what is actually happening to Christians.
