In the case of that video, it's burglary of a vehicle and arson, both are felonies.

They're politically backed. Some who back them believe them an American Leninist Revolutionary Vanguard Party thus fund and protect them as such. But when one lifts the skirts of their D.C. DNC defenders/commanders, one sees just how knobby, boney and skinny are the legs of their backers.
