One fact does not confirm the other. None of those 3 women were remotely good candidates. Both Harris and Hillary are massively unlikable people and Harris had to fabricate an entire campaign in a single month.

By all accounts her campaign was run effectively with her appearances and "on the ground" get out the vote organization. She just came up short with her persona and policies. Considering that, she didn't do half bad.
