After weeks of lying , Trump finally admits there is no contact with the Chinese

They’ve been rendered politically impotent and all they can do is whine and gossip like bitches. 24/7 these days.
We are witnessing first hand and should stand in awe of how easy it is to indoctrinate humanity. This has been happening since the dawn of time and has created wars, religions, Communism, Socialism and beliefs in a real devil and all manner of stupid things promoted by those in authority so that they could get or remain in power. For instance there is no reason at all for Musk to be demonized but politicians and media succeeded in doing that to millions by continual hate speech 24/7 with such vitriol people burned and vandalized Teslas and threatened owners.

Trump doesn't have to say anything about China. His ACTIONS are doing the talking, and they are sinking China into a deep hole. This could take quite a while because the CCP leadership doesn't care about its people. They could allow 20 million people to starve to death, and not break a sweat.

Eventually though China's collapse will hit the CCP dudes at the top, and they will
start negotiating, with Trump holding the better card (our huge lucrative MARKET that China cannot get along without)

China has some cards to play (rare earth minerals & pharamceuticals) but REMs are abundant in Alberta, and pharmaceuticals can be manufactured here. Nothing can replace the US MARKET for China's huge manufacturing base.

Is everyone coll w/this?

The OP is so foolish, the "lie" at worst is guarding US interests, he does this all the time, and exaggerates. It's obvious to me he doesn't want to talk about it, end of conversation. So the fuck what?, Biden wouldn't even field questions unless scripted, same Kamala.

He could have chosen his words differently; "I've reached out" is likely honest as fuck. I don't care, a deal will be done, though at best we'll carry-on W/O our dependence on Chinese JUNK. More jobs in the USA, and USA products are generally first rate.........Less our shit auto industry, what a travesty, completely lost our shit by 1977; shame, vintage are so great. But then I like Toyota for new vehicles, and they're built in the USA. MAGR, Made America Greater.

“We reaffirm our full commitment to multilateralism, and a rules-based, non-discriminatory, free, fair, open, inclusive, equitable, and transparent multilateral trading system with the World Trade Organization (WTO) at its core."

". . The committee is correct in reporting that China has often violated WTO rules and that it “uses an intricate web of industrial policies, including subsidies, forced technology transfer, and market access restrictions, to distort market behavior, achieve dominance in global markets, and increase US dependency on PRC imports.”

It is equally correct in contending that “the PRC has failed to live up to its World Trade Organization (WTO) commitments by empowering its state-owned enterprises, massively subsidizing its domestic industry, and closing its markets” while “at the same time, the CCP has pursued extensive industrial policies that provide low-cost—often free—capital and regulatory support to PRC companies, which puts US companies at a severe disadvantage globally.”

“China continues to represent the biggest challenge to the international trading system. After 23 years of membership in the World Trade Organization, China still embraces a state-directed, non-market approach to the economy and trade, which runs counter to the norms and principles embodied in the WTO,” said Ambassador Katherine Tai. “This report details the breadth and scale of the constantly evolving non-market policies and practices that China deploys in pursuit of its anticompetitive objectives as well as the serious harm that those non-market policies and practices cause to workers, businesses, and industries in the United States and around the world. It is imperative that the members of the international trading community continue to work together to defend our shared interests against these many harmful policies and practices.”

WTO members blast China during 20th anniversary trade policy review

The U.S. has pressed China to give up its claim to special and differential treatment at the WTO, given its huge role in the international trade system.
10/21/2021

". . . Dashed hopes: Bisbee said the U.S. and other countries expected that the terms they negotiated to allow China into the WTO would permanently dismantle Chinese policies and practices that were incompatible with an international trading system based on open, market-oriented policies.

“But those expectations have not been realized, and it appears that China has no inclination to change,” Bisbee said. “We also cannot ignore reports of China’s use of forced labor in several sectors.”

The harsh critique follows a similar speech from U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai earlier this month, in which she announced plans to resume talks with Beijing on its implementation of the Phase One trade deal signed by the Trump administration that has also fallen short of expectations.

Close to 50 delegations took the floor to mostly criticize China’s performance over the past two decades. The first day of the two-day review began with a summary of the WTO Secretariat’s report on China’s economy, followed by a virtual presentation by Chinese Commerce Minister Wang Wentao, who participated from Beijing.

The secretariat’s report, which is neutral in tone, notes that China’s economy has been a major driver of global growth since it’s last trade policy review in 2018. It also recounts the long-term structural changes in China’s economy, away from agriculture and industry toward services, and the progress that China has made in reducing poverty as a result of its high GDP growth and market-oriented reforms. . . ."

There are always backchannel reps from every country talking. This is different from formal talks with world leaders.

This is just another poutrage. The "X" goofs you quote are partisan hacks, Trump haters to the core.

The main point is that the U.S. is in a strong position and that tariffs are unsustainable for China.
Obviously, this is why Bessent and U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer will soon be meeting up with Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng in Switzerland to discuss trade and economic matters, indicating that some form of dialogue in already in the works. You're welcome. :)

I just reread the links that the OP posted and looked for Trump's "lies" which the poster says,

Have you ever seen anything like before, a President who lies as if it's going out of style?

and don't see what the poster is talking about. This is common among the far left where they try to get on the bandwagon of whatever someone is talking about, such as "Trump lied 34,789 times per some dolt at CNN." They don't bother to check to see what those alleged lies were because everyone else believed the story and wants to be a part of it, so some idiot posts "Trump lied about........" so that they can get noticed and be part of the tribe who believes the story.

We seem to allow people to Not have to take responsibility for their actions.
HONESTY has no monetary value.
So we allow propaganda, as it has value. Winning.
Sad situation.

Trump steadily lies, that's the truth, and you eat it up.

Biden was living a lie for four years and Trump came through with almost every campaign promise within 3 months. Lefties still rely on fake news that tends to support their hatred of America and hatred of Trump especially.
No, he did not. He has been stumbling and struggling from the beginning. That's why all the lies.

I don't see Trump saying anything at all in your video....what a weird post.

Yes he did, multiple times, and on TV and social media.
and um, they are:

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and U.S. trade representative Jamieson Greer will meet with their Chinese counterparts in Switzerland this week to discuss economic and trade matters. Yet Bessent on Tuesday night also downplayed the possibility of reaching a deal.
