We already have lots of laws that can be used to go after anyone who threatens violence against others or who incites such violence. Other than THAT, nothing should be off the table. In situations where real racists, homo haters, and such are venting their hateful crazy, people are free to block them or ignore them. We used to have a definition for a government that takes control of businesses... FASCISM.
