I know it is a sensitive issue. There are countless changing neighborhoods that became nasty after white people moved out. Many of those white people moved out because of safety. Although there are those who may have racial animosity. Neighborhood after neighborhood crime rose in a huge way and murders rose big time are normal. You can not account for people living in your neighborhood for what they are no matter what their background is. Many neighborhoods that are white they do not even have a lot of money and are forced to take out new mortgages themselves in more expensive areas if they can. Get the blue bloods if you are pissed. Take down the expensive mansions in the main line areas. Go straight to the head of the snake.

To some point they do because a bank will only lend you money to buy a house based on the appraisal value. In this case however, she wanted to refinance likely for a lower rate.

What these dumbasses really don't get is it's not racist if one appraisal company comes up with a different value of a home than others, especially given the fact this is a heavily black populated area. To put it another way.........

A black guy takes his car to some repair shops to have his transmission rebuilt. The first two places he goes to gives him an estimate at $1,200. He has a white friend take his car to an entirely different place, and they give him a $700.00 estimate. Is it racist because of the first two gave him a much higher quote? Of course not. That's ridiculous.

Now if the same repair shop gave him a $1,200 estimate, and he sent a white friend to the same garage and they gave him a $700 estimate, there may be a case to be made there.

In this instance this bimbo got a white friend to assist the appraisal instead of her with a totally different company. What does the appraisal value of one company have to do with another? Nothing.
