I dunno, but I would think if a barbershop catered to men and only men it would be. Actually the barber acknowledged and respected he wanted to be identified as a she. I'm not really seeing the issue here

Well the good news is that he is going to sue the bigot. It strikes me that individuals should not have to take on the personal cost of this. The state should be upholding his right to be treated equally.
