The games against the Rams were down to the wire all three times. Those games were won on one or two plays. The Seahawks lost one game by a missed 60 yard field goal

Maybe it was luck, maybe is was skill (or both), still, look at the Immaculate Reception--- that was definitely 99% pure luck yet it became one of the most famous moments in sports history.
I mean, Williams was running backwards maybe 15 yards from the pocket with half the D line in hot pursuit, he lobs a bomb into the end zone way down the field in desperation and nails his receiver on the numbers just outside the reach of the defender saving the game and sending them into OT with their season still on the line.
It was a great thing to see.
Had Chicago gone on to win that game, it would be a forever moment in sports history.

He went to the 49ers as a back up. He had to fill in because of an injury to the starter. He did well.
He goes to Minnesota and kicked ass except for his last game.
He goes to Seattle and plays like a hall of famer. He’s a stud. Plus he’s still young.
He’s the first QB from his draft class which includes Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson to go to the Super Bowl. He’s going to win it too.

I recall that Seahawks' "leagues best defense" got beat by the Tampa Bay Buccanears (before they fell apart with injuries). Bucs dumped 38 points on them (Oct. 5)
Considered where he came from, it is great. You have to wonder if he has to repeat this though as people still criticize him from his play from the past. Would some scribes call him a bust even if he wins this one? It is like some are waiting for him to fail.

Well, I don't have any history with the guy, the Bears are not normally a team I follow. Many were poo-pooing Chicago this playoff cycle while many others were saying Chicago was the team to watch out for.
Turns out that they were.
Fact is they came within 3 points of going to the NFC Conference Championship, and it took the Rams into OT to finally knock them out of contention.
I will definitely be keeping my ear to the rail for further developments with Williams in the coming year. To be honest, I was kind of pulling for the Bears to win as the underdogs--- you just don't see Chicago in the Big Game very often.

Correct. Seattle is the better team.
The Bears have a history of looking promising one year, then falling flat the next year I don’t see that changing.
