Interesting legal problem. Where's the LGBT attorneys to help this couple out? Seems the son, 19, was adopted by another family and only moved in with his natural mother as an adult. The two took up sexual relations as adults consenting. Is it "icky"? Does society have a right to interfere with sexual association between consenting adults?

As I have pointed out before- they have the same right as all Americans- they can try to change the law legislatively or they can go to court and argue that they have the right to marry- just as you can go to court and argue you have the right to marry your mother.

Meanwhile- since your argument against gay marriage is that gay marriage deprives a child of a mother and father forever- does that mean you are in favor of a brother marrying a sister- since that marriage will provide a mother and father 'forever' which you claim is what the marriage contract is about?

A woman who's sexual orientation was sex with her son- would never have sex in order to have a son.

BUT- once again- if you want to go to court to argue that you have the right to marry your father- you have the right to try to tell the court that marrying the father is your right.
