Yesterday, in an outside mall, I saw a mall "cop" on a three wheeler contraption riding around with flashing yellow lights. He had a yellow shirt on with every kind of patches, black cargo pants and combat boots. He had a pair of handcuffs dangling on his belt. I fucking laughed my ass off.
