I'm not interested in your personal life. Anyway, doing more of the same and expecting a different result is insane. Sure, we could undercut them...but then we're selling gas and oil that we could use over here somewhere else...and selling it for less money than we could. "This'll hurt me, but it'll hurt you more!" Why not...engage in diplomacy? Give them an incentive to make peace, and see what they can give us in return.

We can do both. Sell overseas and to ourselves. We have plenty. Russia isn’t interested in diplomacy. They are interested in victory and as long as they have the funds the war will continue.
We can't sell overseas for a lower price, though. Again, this whole scheme is just, "well, this will hurt you more than it hurts me." Granted, we've no business negotiating with Russia anyway since that whole war really isn't our problem. You talk about them not being interested in diplomacy, but nothing you've said suggests that you are either. We can get a lot out of them, for sure. But we're not going to get it by attempting to intimidate them.

That's just untrue. It's factually wrong. While oil and gas did go up in value under Biden, it had very little impact on their ability to finance the war. Hell, they were already fooling around in Ukraine before even Trump was in office. Again, the sanctions have made no difference. Financial experts predicted Russia would default within a year. It didn't pan out. This is like slamming your head into a wall and expecting the wall to break. The government is gonna have to explain to the public why they're selling our resources to foreigners for cheaper than you're selling it to them. I don't think, "we have to show those damned Russkis because...well, we just have to and damn your wallet" is gonna fly. Flooding the market hurts everyone.
