ACLU: Feds arresting Portland protesters in unmarked cars "unconstitutional"

So....they arrest them.....and the Feds are bad.....they release them after processing them....the feds are bad....

You left wing assholes need to really get your stories straight.

Earlier in this thread it was said they weren't arrested. From what I've seen no one has had charges filed against them.

Answer the question, tard. WHO says they cannot be released? People are charged, processed, and quickly released every minute of every day across this entire goddamn country. If you run over to your neighbors house and smash a window, do you really think you're going to be locked up until your court date?

You're just being an ass at this point.

Nobody was charged. Once again.....nobody was charged.

Not true! The black guy who viciously attacked and bloodied two cops on the Brooklyn Bridge the other day was arrested with was released without bail within hours later.

"Arrested". The people being kidnapped in Seattle are not getting charged.

Irrelevant. Could be a case of mistaken identity, could be a detainment for questioning, could be an undercover putting on a show, could be any number of things. You weren't there and you have no idea what went on behind closed doors. You're just pulling things out of your ass.

It's unconstitutional.... it's a federal task force trump created to protect federal statues...in some of these instances.

They are out on the streets arresting g and shooting peaceful protesters with rubber bullets to the head of one guy, still in the hospital with fractured skull,

And are no where near a federal statue or federal building.... They are not given Miranda rights, not told what they are being arrested for, dragged off in unmarked rental cars, taken to federal buildings and not jails, and released when they mention the first word about them breaking their civil rights.... is what it said on the news.... And the city law enforcement and government do not know who they are, nor their rules of engagement etc....

Tell me what the **** is peaceful about this?

And once you've explained that one, feel free to re-enforce your message by explaining how a "protester" ambushing federal officers with a 4 pound ******* sledgehammer is peaceful.

Oh let me guess, CNN isn't showing you these videos now are they?

Well, they didn't identify as LEO, they were detaining with no probable cause, using unmarked civilian vehicles, etc. I see a ton of violations here.
Where do you see evidence of that? I see allegations, I don't see any actual evidence.

I will say that when the cops start taking their name tags off, then they're ready to go to the next level.
When the activists, and organizers are doxxing cops, then that's an escalation. I think it's a pretty good tactic myself, but they had to know the cops were going to respond accordingly and if they didn't, then they're about to get a hard lesson in ******* with people who ain't ******* around.

If that's where they catch them, yes. Federal crimes mean nationwide jurisdiction. Derp.

If they were suspected of a crime they wouldn't just get released a few hours later.
Ummm.... yeah, they would. That's pretty much exactly how it works.
And if these people don't already have a bondsman, I'll be very surprised.

They were not cops.... that's the problem.

Even if all of that is true, what did they expect?

Everyone wants to be a revolutionary until they realize most revolutionaries throughout history have been disappeared and tortured before being shot in the head and dumped in a landfill.

Big Boy Rules.

Irrelevant. They have full police powers. Got a DNR in Maine? They aren't "cops". But if you **** with the environment or wildlife they'll sure as shit arrest you for it.
