I read it. Federal law enforcement officers have been using unmarked vehicles to drive around downtown Portland and detain protesters since at least July 14. Personal accounts and multiple videos posted online show the officers driving up to people, detaining individuals with no explanation of why they are being arrested, and driving off.

Since you didn't provide the credible link I originally asked for, can you show me this right of people to be taken away in a marked vehicle, or being detained or arrested by authority that has exterior identification?

Do you know what a civilian vehicle is? It's a vehicle owned by a civilian. So do tell us, how many of these vehicles were owned by civilians?

Kidnapping is holding a person against their will unlawfully, or forcing them into involuntary actions against their will.
