You know that "the feds" are not a law enforcement agency. Based on lack of law enforcement uniforms, badges, or identifications, there is no way of telling who they were. They dressed like the national guard.

According to reports they had "Police" in big letters on the front of their uniforms.

Most local SWAT teams wear the same thing.

Most places have multiple local cops in a jurisdiction, and their SWAT teams wear the same thing, except usually blue, and you cant tell the difference between city, county, town, or state police without knowing the exact uniforms.

I read it. Federal law enforcement officers have been using unmarked vehicles to drive around downtown Portland and detain protesters since at least July 14. Personal accounts and multiple videos posted online show the officers driving up to people, detaining individuals with no explanation of why they are being arrested, and driving off.
