About Those J6 “People”

Biden is in Epstein's files?
Let's settle the files issue.

The files were not created by Epstein. They were created by law enforcement and added to by the Trump prosecutors.

When Trump was president, his DOJ commenced prosecuting Ghislaine Maxwell. Epstein was to be convicted yet he took his own life.

The files all posters discuss were created by the prosecution started by Trump. Biden merely followed up.

Many cops at the Capitol escorted visitors around. Even Ashli Babbitt was escorted in by cops.
It's called "de-escalation".

She hit the man busting the windows. 3 Cops at the doors walked away, signifying they would not stop the windows being busted out. A cop on the other side of the doors, stalked the person at the window. I believe Babbit was hurled into the window by the man she hit at the busted window. She did not have to be shot. Cops have other options. Such as warning her. Such as showing up at the busted window and yelling stop or I will shoot. Such as calling for reinforcements in the same side of the hall as the cop was. Cops walked away from Ashli Babbitt. Were she a danger, they would never have walked off.

Think of ways the cop could have not murdered Ashli Babbitt??
An angry mob was trying to break in to an area where there were members of Congress. However she got up there is unfortunate. The cop's job was to keep that mob out until all of Congress was safe.

She died lawfully.

Not up to me. Prove he didn't. all I can do is look at the evidence and how he was treated by the prosecution and the government.
What I'm looking at is equal justice under the law. What we seem to have here is political retribution by a lawless angry senile Democrat president and his party.
You made the claim he lied. That's your burden to prove.

2 men busted windows. 2 men are not a mob. To blame the innocent should not be your style. Ashli was not angry at the cops; she was angry the man busted windows.

Quote him telling others to "storm the Capitol."
Did Trump tell hsi followers to storm the Capitol?

Short answer: No — Donald Trump did not explicitly tell his followers to “storm the Capitol.” But he did use language on January 6th that investigators, courts, and congressional committees have described as encouraging, directing, or inflaming the crowd that later stormed the building.

Here’s the clearest, evidence‑based breakdown — and as always with political topics, you should confirm details with a trusted source.

✅

During his speech at the Ellipse, Trump told supporters:

  • “We’re going to walk down to the Capitol.”
  • “You’ll never take back our country with weakness.”
  • “We fight like hell. And if you don’t fight like hell, you’re not going to have a country anymore.”
He also urged Mike Pence to reject electoral votes and told the crowd to pressure Congress.

He did not use the phrase “storm the Capitol.”

⚖️

1. The January 6th Committee

The bipartisan House committee concluded that Trump’s words and actions “summoned the mob,” “lit the fuse,” and “directed them to the Capitol.” They did not claim he literally said “storm it,” but that his rhetoric and pressure campaign made violence foreseeable.

2. Federal courts

Multiple federal judges have ruled that Trump’s speech could be interpreted as incitement, even if not explicit. One judge wrote that Trump’s words were “a call to action” that reasonably led supporters to believe he wanted them to disrupt Congress.

3. Criminal cases

In the federal indictment related to January 6th, prosecutors allege Trump “exploited the violence” and “encouraged” the crowd, but again, they do not claim he used the literal phrase “storm the Capitol.”

🧭

  • He did not explicitly say “storm the Capitol.”
  • He did tell supporters to go to the Capitol and “fight like hell.”
  • Courts and investigators have concluded that his words contributed to the crowd’s actions, even without a direct command.

Sure he did Buddy LOL, that's why the guy immediately rushed towards the fence to push it over on the cops.
First of all, that guy had already been pushing the barricade before Epps approached him, which is why Epps told him to relax.

Secondly, both Epps and that guy independently told authorities that Epps told him "Relax, the cops are doing their job”.

Strange person defends Epps and condemns Stewart Rhodes who also was an Oath keeper official and so was Epps.
They are also both male. That's about as relevant as them both being Oath Keepers.

Again, you're trying to ignore they had different sentences because they were convicted of different crimes. Why are you doing that?

Correct. This was invented by the media. We knew early on the Media hates Trump. They are in charge of their own words and sentences. They made up this claim. The law never prosecuted anyone saying they stormed the capitol.

Prosecutors create the wording for the crimes,
Epps and Rhodes were cut of the same cloth, there to do the same thing and I cannot be blamed for noting the two crimes that were the same were filed using different charges.

Epps was correctly charged.

Rhodes was incorrectly charged. Each did the same thing.
