About Those J6 “People”

Now should I put you on ignore because you lied?

The investigation is focused on whether Carroll committed perjury in testimony tied to her two civil lawsuits against the president – one alleging he sexually abused Carroll in a New York department store in the mid-1990s, and a second for defaming her when in 2019 he repeatedly denied the assault, said she wasn’t his type and claimed she made it up to boost sales of a book.

I had to put him on Ignore.
He's a pathological liar.

Ray Epps and the capitol police. We saw both on camera.
Ray Epps didn't incite anyone. The people standing near him rejected his call to go into the Capitol. Police also did not incite that crowd. They did what they could to keep people out of the Capitol but were ultimately vastly outnumbered and overwhelmed.

Changed my mind. Remember, Dell, you are never in charge.

The insurrectionists were blaring Trump's tweets from bullhorns to each other and calling them orders.

So these MAGA folk have to tell you the sunrise caused it. Or pancakes. Or Ray Epps. Or the FBI. Or Nancy Pelosi.

Donald John Trump caused it.
Well of course, if even just by running his mouth about a stolen election. Because he was the President. The President's words matter.

Think of anything he has ever done and said. Would any of us give a shit, if he were just shitting his pants on The Apprentice every Monday night? Nope.

Did we much care, when he was trying to get attention for his brand by being the Birther in Chief? Nope. We just stood aside and let him embarrass himself.

The judge equated it with rape.
The judge clarified that it WAS rape. And the judge did this in dismissing out of hand the ONE lawsuit from Trump for defamation over calling him a "Rapist" that actually made it to a courtroom.

In most states, what Trump did is explicitly defined in the criminal statutes as rape; in all of the rest, it is prosecuted a different way but carries all the same possible penalties as a rape conviction does. And the state where the original judgment occured noticed the oversight and updated its rape laws to include what Trump did to E Jean Carroll. That's one of Trumps lasting accomplishments, I guess.

And that's how we know the settlements from CBS and ABC were basically bribes. Trump would have lost both of those lawsuits on day one.

Ray Epps attempted to incite the crowd. It's all on video, many people went to jail for what he did. He was allowed to do it by whoever was in charge.

Epps was a nobody

He never entered the Capitol. He never attacked police
