About Those J6 “People”

When the police investigated the rittenhouse case,

the local da, ordered the cops to NOT collect the phones of the rioters.

Why do you think he did that?
Of one victim

And Rittenhouse was found not guilty

You have no point

Neither of those links are about an investigation into blm or antifa.

Especially nothing on their role in organizing the hundreds of riots that killed dozens of people across this country.

The lack of any such investigation, while they brought the hammer down on the 1/6 rioters, is a clear difference based on the POLITICS of those rioters.

WHich is a violation of the rights of the 1/6 rioters.
There is no evidence that BLM orchestrated ANY riots

Are you admitting that this ONE case, is a sign of political bias, that was a violation of the acccused civil rights?

This is the headline of the first article:

FBI misused surveillance authorities to investigate Black Lives Matter protesters

This is an excerpt from the other article:
To gather this information, agencies noted who and what they should look out for on social media. In response to one email from an MPD lieutenant asking for accounts and posts from people on social media who were “urging people to riot,” one U.S. Capitol Police representative stated that they were tracking groups such as the DC chapters of Black Lives Matter, Refuse Fascism, and Showing Up for Racial Justice, along with terms including “Protest DC,” “Justice for George Floyd DC,” “BLM DC,” and “No Justice No Peace DC.” The Capitol Police official did not provide any evidence that these groups had “urg[ed] people to riot,” nor did the official demonstrate that the phrases they were tracking corresponded to credible threats to public safety.

So you're just wrong.

But you really aren't thinking about what you're saying even with your baseline argument were true. You're basically arguing it is now a civil rights violation to investigate the organization of any violent riot because the FBI didn't investigate BLM enough. And that's kind of idiotic.

There is no evidence that BLM orchestrated ANY riots

Yeah. Becasue across the board, the law enforcement agencies have not looked for any.

Hell, I bet if we had access to all the information, I but they have buried shit they accidentialy stumbled across.

Are you admitting that this ONE case, is a sign of political bias, that was a violation of the acccused civil rights?
Nope. The prosecution cited victim privacy concerns

And it was a trial of Rittenhouse not BLM or ANTIFA.

Yeah. Becasue across the board, the law enforcement agencies have not looked for any.

Hell, I bet if we had access to all the information, I but they have buried shit they accidentialy stumbled across.
Sure buddy

Why? Because either way, you are going to defend it, aren't you?

Is there any chance that you would admit that that was clearly biased and politically motivated behavior, even if I prove it happened?
The reason I asked for a link is because I never heard that before and when I asked AI, it said that claim is not true.

Wouldn't it have been easier for you to just post a link?

So you're just wrong.

It sounds like a few, here, TWO, good cops, in an utterly corrupt system, trying to do their actual JOB, with no support.

And, I bet that their efforts were ended by their superiors.

you had a lot of riots during Trump's first term.

Hundreds of riots.

ONE of them was treated and investigated adn charged vastly more aggressively than all the others.

IF the basis of that was POLITICS, than that makes all those arrested, POLITICAL PRISONERS.

Would you like to address that now, finally, or go back to pretending to be retarded?

Nope. The prosecution cited victim privacy concerns

And it was a trial of Rittenhouse not BLM or ANTIFA.

Rittenhouse was arguing a self defense case.

if the mob had organized an ATTACK, that would have been relevant to his defense.

"PRIVACY" is an excuse, to try to protect the lefties and throw their would be victim under the bus.

You haven't said, what proof do you have that BLM organizers organized riots? My understanding is they organized protests but that some of those protests turned into riots.

The reason I asked for a link is because I never heard that before and when I asked AI, it said that claim is not true.

If you had come back adn said, something along the lines of

"no, I have to admit that this, if what you said is true, would be a huge violation of his civil rights and does show a mindset among prosecutors and da.s that is very distrubing"

and I would have went looking for it, to post a link.

btw, LESH remembers it. She is defending it in this thread.

BLM was not on trial and The Rit critter was found not guilty

Why would I assume you were telling the truth to ask "if it was true," Again, I did my own search to learn what you said wasn't true. And I still gave you the benefit of the doubt, asking you for a link, which you never gave. I found one and it said it was the cops' decision to not take the phone from one of the rioters, which they did because of Marsy's Law.. It doesn't say the DA ordered it, which doesn't make sense since police do not report to a DA.

He also revealed that authorities had a search warrant to look into Gaige Grosskreutz’s phone, but his phone was never taken, and the search warrant wasn’t executed. The detective revealed that concerns over Marsy’s Law, a victim’s rights amendment, stopped police from searching Grosskreutz’s phone. Authorities also didn’t tape an interview with Grosskreutz.

It was antifa, in that riot, and their behavior was relevant to the case. ie were they attacking Rittenhouse?

The prosecutor, instead of looking for crimes, ordered the police to NOT look for crimes.

And you support that, becasue teh criminals being protected were lefty stormtroopers.

Why would I assume you were telling the truth to ask "if it was true,"

I didn't ask you to assume anything. I asked you what your position would be on it. And you are dodging like a champ.

As is to be expected of a leftist partisan.

Report I heard back in the day, was that the cops were ordered to not do it. And just becasue a DA doesn't have direct authority over the cops, doesn't mean that he isn't part of the dem political elite that rule over the cops and they know it.

He also revealed that authorities had a search warrant to look into Gaige Grosskreutz’s phone, but his phone was never taken, and the search warrant wasn’t executed.

Wow. Even had a search warrent and still, they are afraid to look at, or even touch a lefties phone.

Word went out. Makes you wonder how far this type of thinking goes.

The detective revealed that concerns over Marsy’s Law, a victim’s rights amendment, stopped police from searching Grosskreutz’s phone. Authorities also didn’t tape an interview with Grosskreutz.

Huh. So, the cop, who's job and career depends on the dem politicians in his city, is taking the heat for the decision to not collect information, that might have revealed the obvious truth,

ie that hte leftist mob was indeed, co-ordinating violence.

What a shock.

So, lefty, you always take what a cop says, as the Word of God?

15th post
We've already placed you in the super dumb shit category.

It sure is fun to watch your head explode about the January 6th money lol
If you're lucky, shit for brains you're MAGA god may throw you a ten spot.

"Thank you dear leader, may I please have another!!?" :auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg:

They were clearly a co-ordinated nation wide campaign.

THey were clearly thousands givena pass.

There was no effort to track down people after the fact, as there was with the ONE republican riot.

You are using RETARD, as a defense against serious points.

And you are an asshole.
You are babbling. Again. No evidence. Just ad hom.

So, to be clear, your position is that the blm and antifa rioters, SHOULD have been treated with a DIFFERENCE, in how they were treated?

by police and prosecutors.
They should have been, and were treated exactly the same.
You just have to realize the mountain of evidence they had against the J6th rioters, and the lack of evidence they had against the George Floyd rioters.

The J6 people even took video of themselves committing a crime, and live streamed it, or posted it to their facebook page.

When the police investigated the rittenhouse case,

the local da, ordered the cops to NOT collect the phones of the rioters.

Why do you think he did that?
Because of the 4th amendment of the US Constitution.
