Many Democrats, along with their boot lickers in the mainstream media, have spun a narrative designed to make Babbitt appear to be a rioter who was enthusiastically taking part in an “insurrection,” which is nothing more than a political claim to push the vilification of conservative Americans.

The report from the Epoch Times said that the “frame-by-frame video evidence” has confirmed that Babbitt was shot and killed by an officer, who, according to witnesses, neglected to issue a verbal warning, as the veteran attempted to get through a broken window.

“Video clips appear to show she tried to prevent the attack, not join it,” the Times stated (screenshots here and here).

The footage comes from John Sullivan, who also goes by the name Jayden X, and reveals that Babbitt “tried to stop the violence against the Speaker’s Lobby at least four times before she climbed into a broken window and was fatally shot by U.S. Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd. At one point, she was so distressed at the violence, she jumped up and down in frustration.”

An audio analysis performed of the video taken in the Capitol building also reveals that Babbitt shouted, “Stop! No! Don’t! Wait!,” according to her husband, Aaron Babbitt.
