Under our current laws, tax payers do pay for any delivery in an Emergency Room. They also pay for any abortion (including illegals') who present in distress that could lead to their death. That's what your pub gawd, Ronnie Ray-Gun wanted and that's what he gave you.

NO, "private donors" are not "taxpayers". They are private donors who choose to contribute to THAT and ONLY that. Understand? IOW, if you give money to, say, The Buy Hair For Donald Trump Charity, that money does not pay for abortions.
