So, interesting to see if this becomes a huge market...and if the Red states move to ban it...if they can:

A provider of prescription pills that are used to terminate pregnancy at home has seen a spike in interest from U.S. women this week, following news that the Supreme Court would likely reverse a landmark 1973 decision ensuring abortion rights nationwide, nonprofit Aid Access said on Wednesday.
Abortion pills, which can be sent by mail to a patient's home rather than requiring a visit to a clinic, are viewed as a way to circumvent such bans.
Aid Access is a telehealth service with headquarters in Austria that provides access to medication abortion in the United States.
Christie Pitney, CEO of Forward Midwifery, a Washington D.C. telehealth practice that works with Aid Access, said that the number of women requesting prescriptions for abortion pills, or information about their use, through the group's website has tripled since the draft opinion was leaked.

In total, the Aid Access website had 38,530 visitors on Tuesday, an almost 2,900% increase from Monday's 1,290 visitors, Pitney said.

There will be a Black Market on abortion pills

Look for mail order “plain brown wrapper” shipments and pharmacies setting up on the border of anti-abortion states

Kind of like what you see when you enter Mexico or Fireworks Stores

And u can’t even see the “ for profit” move in your own fkg articles lmfao. Like we say it’s in plain view in your faces and the low stupidity levels can’t even pick up on it and know it.

If abortion pills are sent through the USPS, can states interfere with the US mail?

RU486?
That there are so many abortions should be embarrassing to our society when we know so much about and have so many resources to avoid pregnancy.
Decisions about carrying a pregnancy to term should be left to the woman concerned.

A bit more research on the subject garnered this:

Aid Access offers mifepristone in combination with misoprostol and misoprostol alone for medical abortion. Services available depend on the which state the person lives in. An online consultation process is required, which includes questions to assess for the medical eligibility and safety of providing medical abortion by mail.[1] In California, New Jersey, New York, and Washington a doctor can directly mail the medications required. In most other states, the physician provides a prescription and instructions for it to be filled with a pharmacy in India, which then mails the medication to the patient in the United States.[3] Due to shipping from outside of the United States, pills can sometimes take 3 weeks to arrive.[3]
Between January 2019 and April 2020, 49,935 requests were made to Aid Access with the online consultation form.[4]

Safety

There are no data addressing the safety of Aid Access in particular. Self-induced abortion with mifepristone and misoprostol can be performed safely, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).[5] The WHO recommends that determination of eligibility for medical abortion is done by a health provider, but self-administering the medications at home and self-assessing the completion of the abortion are recommended in specific circumstances.[6] This aligns with the care provided by Aid Access.[1]

Lawsuit against the FDA

Aid Access was sent a letter by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on March 8, 2019 warning Aidaccess.org to cease selling "a misbranded and unapproved new drug" in the United States.[7] In a statement, the National Women's Health Network saw this as a politicized attack against medical abortion, rather than a broader attempt to curb online drug sales.[8] In response to this letter, 117 member of Congress sent a letter thanking the FDA for this action.[9] Gomperts did not comply with the warning and clarified that she was not selling medications in the United States, since she sent the prescriptions to an independent pharmacy, which then dispensed the medications.[10]

On September 9, 2019, on behalf of Aid Access, Dr. Rebecca Gomperts sued Alex Azar, then Secretary for the Department of Health and Human Services, the FDA, and other federal officials for seizing packages containing medications and blocking transfer of payments to Aid Access.[1

It would be difficult, but the neo-fascist authoritarian right will try nonetheless.
Plain Brown Paper wrapper
How do they know what you got in todays mail?

Can they arrest you for possession of abortion pills or only if you use them?

Enforcement Tricky

‘State bans on abortion medication being prescribed through a telehealth visit or sent by mail can be difficult to enforce, and some states that support abortion rights are trying to make it even harder.

California is considering a proposal (A.B. 1666) to protect anyone who receives, performs, or aids and abets an abortion from being sued for violating another state’s abortion restrictions. And Connecticut is considering a bill (H.B. 5414) that would stop state officials from helping other states enforce their restrictions.

While the state laws on abortion medications take aim at physicians and others who help someone get an abortion, legal scholars worry states will try to prosecute the pregnant person next.

States already seem to be acting more aggressively, Seema Mohapatra, a health law and bioethics professor at SMU Dedman School of Law, said.

“We’re going to see criminalization of abortion in some states, and that’s going to include the pregnant person themselves,” she said.’

However difficult, the neo-fascist authoritarian right will still try.
