Zone1 Abortion Debate: Come Clean and without fallacy

Wrong. It certainly is. And it ought to be.

Nope, it's none of your business at all.

The reason why Roe v. Wade happened was that SCOTUS realized that the abortion laws were meaningless. Police weren't enforcing them, prosecutors weren't prosecuting, and juries were certainly in no mood to convict.

I suspect that you mean “fewer.”

In the midwest, we say "less", but yeah, whatever. You did avoid the point, though, that if you want "fewer" abortions, you should embrace liberal policies you reject.

When a woman of limited means realizes that a $300.00 abortion is cheaper than a $10,000 live birth, abortion wins more times than not.

That’s a red herring fallacy. Stay on topic

No, it isn't. If you care about "life", those things would be higher priorities than 600,000 fetuses that end up in medical waste containers.

Long Term poverty kills 295,000 Americans a year. Grown up, actual Americans. not fetuses.

Being pro-life is why I support "liberal" social issues.

So should businesses have the right to deny services to black people because they're black?

Don't forget about your liberty...
Private businesses should be able to serve and not serve whoever they want. I am a FIRM believer in private property.

Yeah, it sucks for a pregnant women to get the medical care she needs.
Why isnt she married to a man with a job who has insurance. There are consequences for stupidity. Help her give birth we need another criminal

I'm not really interested in your trolling.

Of course, this board is ripe with people who spew fallacies as a debate go-to, but I challenge anyone to stay on topic and discuss the issue without becoming hyperbolic, emotional, or political
Check your post honestly and you'll find hyperbole, and emotional language. That's fine but starting the OP as you did, implies you don't. Just pointing it out. But I'll adress your points.
1. Scientific: We know that once a sperm and egg unite, they create a unique human life with it's own DNA that is separate from the mother. So it has nothing directly to do with the body of the mother. The mother is a nourisher and supporter of the life inside her, and is performing a woman's superpower, something men cannot do.
Even if I grant your definition of life you still habe to be able to show that that life has all the rights a person does. Those things are not the same.
. Philosophic: We are trying to determine the value of a human life, when it begins, what a "person" is. The bottom line is that nobody can say for certain. We've seen horrible atrocities occur when human life is devalued by dictators. The creation of a human life is the ultimate value, and the beginning of the process of a unique being's journey towards it's full complete journey through birth, growing as a child, through teens, and into generally a complete adult by age 23-25.
Wrong philosophical question in my opinion. Let's just say a human life is a person from the moment of conception. The correct philosophical question is. What gives this particular person the right to demy another person the right to determine what happens to their body.

Let me throw this analogy out there.

A woman gives birth to a baby. A baby is unquestionably a person. This baby has a birth defect and needs a kidney. Would you compel that woman to donaye hers? Restrain her and simply cut it out? I think not. To hyperbolic. Well let's try bonemarrow. Much less invasive. Blood transfussion?

The point is this. The same woman who you have no problem forcing to carry a fetus, despite this carrying at least inconviences and definite health risks. You probably would not dream forcing the use of her body after conception for that same baby, no matter what the consequences for that baby. So what changed
. Religious: God loves us, and the teachings are clear He does not approve of us deciding to kill his creations in this way.
Prove to me God exists and then we can argue the validity of the argument.

Wow.

Pro-late term abortion
Pro-racial discrimination

You’re getting quite the woke left list there

LOL freedom is a right thing. Faaaaar from the left. You know, considering it is the exact opposite of leftism.

Nope, it's none of your business at all.
Protecting life is the business of others, and the government. To broadly say otherwise is to say we don’t need police because what’s happening to others is none of their business
No, it isn't.
Yes it is. This discussion is about protecting human life in the womb. You bringing in the complex issue of dealing with poverty is a red herring. Another fallacy from you. I’m starting to think you’re unable to present an argument that isn’t a fallacy, which is pathetic

When your freedoms infringe on the basic human rights of others, they ought to stop.

Wrong. It is my business. And that of every other person in our land. Period.
The reason why Roe v. Wade happened

Nobody has any interest in your dopey theories.
In the midwest, we say "less", but yeah, whatever. You did avoid the point, though, that if you want "fewer" abortions, you should embrace liberal policies you reject.
Because what you claim is ridiculous. You’re one of them: retards who are too retarded to know that they’re retarded.
When a woman of limited means realizes that a $300.00 abortion is cheaper than a $10,000 live birth, abortion wins more times than not.
When people place the value of money over the value of human life. You’re diseased.
No, it isn't. If you care about "life", those things would be higher priorities than 600,000 fetuses that end up in medical waste containers.
What a pitifully and transparently disingenuous “claim.”
Long Term poverty kills 295,000 Americans a year. Grown up, actual Americans. not fetuses.
Bull shit. But even if true, your solution it to kill them earlier. You’re a diseased ghoul.

In the interest of public discourse, would you be interested in saying how you interpret the Ninth?
As far as the 9th amendment, Abortion isn’t historically addressed, so you can’t just assume a right out of it, and it wasn’t rooted in the nations history or culture.

The 9th amendment can be easily abused and can be used to justify just about anything you want. The original Roe v Wade case is seen as the most radical ruling in SCOTUS history for a reason. Nearly nobody asked for it.
