Abortion and the Constitution

If you think abortion should be a Constitutional right, why don't you pursue an Amendment to that effect?
Because he has read and understood the one sentence that is the Ninth Amendment?

The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be used to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Is that too difficult for you to understand?

It was too difficult for the Roe v. Wade Court to understand.

Gibberish.
Yes , gibberish is the best abortion anti-choice can present .

Revere the citizen , do not revile citizenship .

The blackmun understood the constitutional requirement of live birth to become a us citizen and for equal protection .

Roe was decided as a due process issue when it wasn't. The Ninth was not mentioned at all in the decision.

The court ended up making the right decision, but for the wrong reason.

To my knowledge, the only court decision citing the Ninth was Griswold v. Connecticut

Even though I am not going to pay your financial needs for the rest of your life, I am against your murder. That said, there are lots of programs to support mother's and children. Also, there are lots of pregnancy centers that are supported by "We People" that aid pregnant moms during pregnancy and after birth with their babies. There are also many "We People" that adopt children.
How about we encourage and educate them on not having kids.

Imagine sitting down with George Washington, Andrew Jackson, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin and John Adams. You must convince them that killing her child is the most important thing a woman will ever do in her life.
That is the Dem Creed.

It's in the hands of each states voters. This is where it should be. Each state sets its own restrictions levels. Where's the problem here? Even president Trump promoted this.

So you think SCOTUS is a legislative body?
The scotus is an arbitrator which makes judicial decisions based on constitutional law .

In the case of dobbs the scRotus made a dumbfounded decision that is sedition against us 14th , 9th , 1st and 10th amendments and includes malfeasance against title 1 section 8 of us code , and they need to be charged with the crime just as any other despot that suspends us constitution .

States cannot abrogate the enumerated rite of equal protection and states cannot abrogate the requirement of live birth to become a us citizen that consequently requires a live birth for equal protection with a us citizen .

Abortion is a non enumerated rite because a state cannot grant equal protection to any which has not met a live birth requirement to receive it .

Stop reviling us citizens and us citizenship !

Stop sedition against us republic !

Do you always ask silly questions? Of course I don't think it's a legislative body, but look what has happened since 1967 and Pierson v. Ray when SCOTUS advanced the sophistry of Qualified Immunity. That horrible decision had the effect of legislation and has caused only harm to society and the police.

Insult, divert, dissemble, repeat.

Setting aside personal preferences, it is clear that the federal government does not have Constitutional authority to regulate abortions. Thus, that power resides with the States. However, the federal does have the authority to define "persons" as referred to in the 14th Amendment. I wonder if this might become an issue in the future. What do you think?
This is a case where no government has the right to control women's personal.health choices
A reason would have to be cited to interfere in issues of personal autonomy. Such as the extinction of the human race. I think not , if anything the birth rate is threatening all of our lives. Overpopulation is the world's unspoken biggest problem. It creates all the other problems. In a united and sensible world couples would be limited to one child until the population gets down to a sustainable level. Which is at best 4 billion this beleaguered little planet. We're more than double that already. More isn't always better and the slight discomforts Americans are feeling now will only get worse until we get this under control and restricting abortion isn't helping any citizen.

How about sexual mutilation of children, bigamy, incest or sale of human organs? How do these fit into your unsupported generalization?
