Can anyone explain why someone would keep working for an employer a whole 4 months after being harassed, groped, solicited and subjected to acts of masturbation, etc., in such an aggressive way? It doesn't add up, and reminds me of the Clarence Thomas Supreme Court hearings. Anita Hill claimed to have been sexually harassed, yet she not only continued working for Thomas, she followed him to another job.

My guess is it was the firing that she really objected to, and then she thought she'd throw the rest in for good measure.

Aaron Spelling's life has taken a turn Dynasty-esque turn.

The TV titan is facing a sexual harassment lawsuit from a former nurse who accuses the geriatric Spelling of groping her and asking for sexual favors during her period of employ. The suit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, comes two months after Spelling launched a preemptive lawsuit against the woman and her lawyer for libel.

In her broadside, Charlene Richards alleges the 82-year-old mastermind behind Charlie's Angels, The Love Boat, T.J. Hooker, Dynasty, Beverly Hills, 90210, Melrose Place, Charmed and 7th Heaven placed his hands on her breasts, "groin and genital area," exposed himself, solicited oral sex and offered her cash in return for various sex acts.

Per court papers, the home nurse was first hired to tend to Spelling in November 2004. Shortly thereafter, she claims, Spelling began his lewd behavior, which also allegedly included masturbated in front of Richards, sticking his tongue in her mouth and telling her "that he had many actresses who would come into his office and perform oral sex on him."

She says that when she refused his advances, Spelling fired her four months later "without notice or cause."

Richards' suit seeks unspecified damages from Spelling, his wife, Candy, and the couple's trust. Aside from sexual harassment and sexual battery, the nurse accuses the couple of retaliation and wrongful termination.

The Spelling camp, naturally, sees things differently.

"Mr. Spelling denies every single thing she says and we will fight the case all the way. In our view it has no merit," the producer's attorney, Bert Fields, tells E! Online. "Anybody who knows Aaron would know that he would not, could not do the things she alleges and knows he's a complete gentleman."

The intrigue began last November, when Spelling sued Richards and her lawyer, Don. D. Sessions, accusing them of violating a confidentiality agreement by sending out a mass mailing to "hundreds of people," among them many former Spelling starlets--including Jessica Biel, Alyssa Milano, Heather Locklear, Shannen Doherty, Farrah Fawcett and Linda Evans. The letter outlined Richards' allegations (without mentioning her by name) and urged others to come forward with tales of Spelling transgressions. Spelling also claimed Richards was attempting to extort money from him by threatening to take her allegations public unless he paid her "an unspecified" settlement. Spelling sought $5 million in compensatory damages. The suit portrayed Richards and Sessions as money grubbers.

"That suit is still pending and it's our contention that by [Richards] filing this kind of a lawsuit...by putting all these wild accusations in the complaint, she has once again violated her confidentiality agreement."

Neither Richards nor Sessions could be reached for comment.

I agree Abbey. Unless bonafide others come out of the woodwork to corraborate these types of allegations, he's home free. Sounds like sour grapes at this point.
