Ashli Babbitt $30 million wrongful death suit

No knowledge means jack shit. You must have absolute confirming proof before firing. Your very first wish is so way off that the rest not worth reading . The craven cop feared and committed murder. Feelings over facts are deadly, never the reverse.

You can ignore the context all you want of the situation. I'm sure it helps you sleep at night.

But Lt. Byrd was a hero, a member of law enforcement manning the last barrier prior to access to the House Chamber door who held his fire until such time as a clear and present danger was presented (meaning danger of death or serious injury to himself OR OTHERS) and fire a single control shot into center mass of a violet rioter that had just breached the barrier.

You are not permitted to shoot someone crawling on a floor because you don’t know if they have a weapon.

Hey look another anti cop repub.

She wasn't crawling on the floor.

She was the lead violent rioter that had broken through the last law enforcement barricade just steps away from the door granting access to the House Chamber where member of Congress, their staff, and civilians were present.

You can continue to ignore the actual context of the day and try to deflect with wild scenarios that didn't apply.

That won't happen if it goes to court.

You clients would go to the gallows if you were an attorney. You need a reasonable expectation of danger. The agent had it. Your feelings do not matter at all. You should be tried as an accessory after the fact for this type of propaganda.

Only in your feeble opinion. You are all so lucky that it was only Ashlii, as tragic it was, died among the saboteurs and insurgents and rioters.

Do it again, and the LEO and NG will machine gun you all.
Concerned citizens exercising their First Amendment rights are not saboteurs, insurgents and rioters.

When you went to riot beyond protest, the 1st Amendment does not protect you. Don't do it again.

When there are numerous federal agents acting as Agents Provocateur, the question of entrapment arises. The intentions of the citizens was to petition their government for redress regarding the abundant evidence showing the election to have been dishonest and manipulated.

As the record clearly shows, men like Epps were stirring the crowd up, and was duly protected by the crooked bastards in the government.

There were no agents provocateurs. If the MAGA does it again, they will be cut down.

You're a dreamer, but that's old news. If you can watch the videos of Ray Epps and say there were no people stirring up the crowd, you're being dishonest with yourself.

MAGA was stirring up the crowd, yes.

There is no disussion. Do i again and you will be cut down.

Judicial Watch, a nonprofit American conservative activist group, announced Monday that a hearing has been set for Tuesday, August 6, in the Ashli Babbitt $30 million wrongful death suit filed on behalf of her estate. Babbit was shot and killed by a Capitol Police officer during the Jan. 6 protests.

Judicial Watch posted to Twitter/X Monday and said Babbitt and her family “deserve accountability and justice”:

The group and its president, Tom Fitton, wrote on their website about the filing and said the federal government was guilty of negligence, assault and battery, and more:

They also accused the Biden administration of trying to escape accountability in the matter:

There was no reason for Babbitt to die that day. She was unarmed except for a folding knife that was in her pocket and was not attacking or threatening anyone at the time she was shot. It will be interesting to see if anyone, including the shooter, Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd, will ever be held accountable, or if this administration and the legal system will continue to pretend like it never happened.

Comment:
The Left used to be outraged about protesters being shot.
Pelosi has attempted to cover-up the murder of Ashley Babbitt.
They investigated themselves and then they denied that there was any wrongdoing.
They should have never been allowed to investigate themselves.
I guess you forgot that your boy was POTUS at the time, which means he better be ready to be deposed so HE can answer for what he did on J6.

Take his money & lock his ass up.

The left still thinks she deserved to die for the crime of misdemeanor trespass. That's how crazy hatred makes you.
Stop blaming the left to cover for the riot that led to her demise. The riot that Trump caused on J6 with his big mouth riling up protestors to fight. And that also goes for Guiliani & the rest of the scum who ran their mouth in front of that crowd.
