Trump is the most easily swayable man when it comes to his views. He'll switch on anything. He loved clinton, then hated clinton to serve his agenda. He is the most notorious flip flopper and quite frankly has killed that term altogether because it can't even begin to capture the personality of trump.
Liberals gussy up to trump... embrace him and entice him to swing his policies back to the liberal minded ones he had in the 90's and 2000's.
If liberals supported trump, conservatives would surely distance themselves in a very predictable manner.
