I guess he could run for Speaker of the House and then demand that the GOP President and VP to step down in 2029, if they win and that's a big if. That is a way Benedict Donald could have a third term without being elected or running for VP, which he can't do. But how likely is that to happen?

Of course not. Even though the Democrats won in a landslide in 2008 because of Obama, and elected a 60 member majority in the Senate, one of the first things they did was stop one of Obama's first EO's. Both candidates had promised to close the terrorist housing facility in Cuba. But when the rubber met the road in the end, Congress was too afraid of the terrorist to house them in their state, so the zero'ed out the budget for the EO's provision. So no, they didn't anoint Obama. When they final got the comedian seated and had 60 real votes he didn't get much done either. Then Ted died and the Dems lost the 60 votes within months of gretting it.
They will probably want to go back to playing by the old rules, again.
Rense and repeat.
