Uh, dude, it's a rain forest, it's not supposed to get THAT dry.
But it does. Because of global warming.
Did authorities make mistakes? Yup. They made a choice during a drought and it turned out to be the wrong one.
We're going to see a lot more of that.
July and August were the hottest months on record, but nothing to see here.
